This place is a wonderful find. The whole place was clean, there is clear communication, and the whole process was easy. It's close to Black Canyon and an hour away from Ouray. Definitely better than staying in a hotel/motel.

We got there later than we expected! She was very friendly even with us showing up later in the evening! Place was very clean! Perfect for a pair of couples or a few people! The beds were great! Has everything you need! I’d 100% come back when in area!

This was a cozy place to stay in Montrose. We had an early flight out and needed somewhere close to the airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood. Our only issue was it did not get very cold in the bedrooms at night. Other than that, it was great. Would stay again.

Traveled to Montrose for a wedding with my elderly parents. Apartment was the perfect size for us. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Just outside of the city limits and was a short drive into town.

This is a great place far enough away from town but close enough as well to everything needed. The place is clean and one thing I was really happy to see was the request for no shoes in the living area as that is what I do at my house! Instructions for checkin were timely and clear and there were plenty of hospitality items. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in Montrose area.

This apartment was very clean and felt like home with the nice furniture and decorations. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to area shopping and restaurants. It was very close to the Black Canyon National Park which we enjoyed visiting during our stay. Our overnight stay here was great and we would recommend this apartment to those visiting the Montrose area.

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay in this cute spot. We were there to explore Black Canyon and the general area, so the location was perfect for us. It is well appointed and cozy inside. The beds were comfortable and we slept great after a long day outside. Everything was super clean, and communication was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!
