Beautiful property close to town and minutes from RMNP. Fire pit, outdoor games, hammocks and huge porch. Just off of Shadow Mtn Lake for canoeing, kayaking.
Winter access to skiing and snowmobiling. Winter Park is 40 minutes and Ski Granby Ranch is 15 minutes.
