The property had everything we needed- lots of space, grill, porch, yard for our dog, and heated pool. Our family had a great vacation there. The house is in an excellent location and we enjoyed walking to many shops and restaurants. An extra plus was the wagon with beach toys and a whole playroom for our daughter!

A beautifully house and lovely little village.There is so much to explore in Ogunquit and so many stores and places to eat. There is beach is beautiful and easy to walk to.We enjoyed our trip very much!

The house is beautiful! On the first floor, the family room, bedroom and a full bath could be separated by a door from the main section of the house. That was a plus for our family. We enjoyed the openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen. we spent a lot of time in the sunroom! The best part of the house is the location. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, Marginal Way, etc., at the same time the house is very private and surprisingly pretty quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed the week in Ogunquit!

The house was perfect for our family week vacation. In center of town, short walk to beaches, lots of parking, support was great, house features many amenities, pool, bbq, beach gear, etc. all as promised on the listing. The only thing we did not like was that the Master bedroom did not have light darkening shades, and no shade on the 2 master br skylights. Also the house was quite expensive for the week rental.

Wow. This home and its location are some the most incredible we have ever experienced. We traveled with several young children and this home made the entire experience so amazing. You can walk so the beach and so many restaurants/shops! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed before and during our stay!

This house is in the middle of the town and yet so private and such a gem! We had a fabulous week enjoying the town and the property. You are literally in the walking distance to everything yet you feel like you are in your own oasis. It was fabulous to go to the beach and come back and enjoy the pool after. The house was perfect for the 9 of us and many awesome family memories made!

This lovely home is located directly in the middle of town which may deter some but do not miss the opportunity to vacation here. The Marginal Way is right down the street and you can walk to the beaches easily or to Perkins Cove. The house is surrounded by trees and very quiet and private and way too conveniently located next to The Backyard coffee shop and we all now miss their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Inside was bright and clean beautifully decorated but still very family friendly. Playroom for our young grandkids was a hit. Kitchen had literally everything we could need. We grilled outside 2 nights and ate on the patio. Restaurants all within walking distance. The pool is shaded much of the afternoon which was wonderful after a sunny beach morning. Lots of chairs and tons of beach towels. Outdoor shower was excellent for sandy feet. All beds were very comfy and abundant towels and toilet paper in every room. A/C was perfect and kept the entire home cool. I can’t say enough. We had the best week with our whole family. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host realtor was great. We would love to come back and make this our family tradition again.

Best Ogunquit Vacation House

First of all, the location is beautiful! Very close to Main St, beach and trail but tucked into an oasis of its own with trees, yard, pool. Very private. Next, the house is big. Lots of space to accommodate everyone. The owner has filled it with everything you will need and then some so mostly all you need is food and clothes. Really!Our family of 8 loved this house. We went to town for lobster, ice cream, and one day of shopping for the gals and fishing for the guys but the rest of the time was enjoying being together in this house. It was a little pricey but three families split the cost and it was well worth it.
