Nice location

Property manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with , very kind and prompt. No central air * Only one ac was working and had to leave door to bedroom open so other guest(on an extremely uncomfortable pull out ) had a little cool air . Was told place was due for renovation and it sure needs it . Driveway retains water so be careful walking at night . If I knew all this I would have negotiated price All that being said the location was very good , few min walk to grace beach.

Exceed my expectations! Friendly accommodating staff. Meticulous landscaping and sand wash off area. Pool with grills and seating. Spacious studio with two balconies, two full baths, towels, soaps, washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs /tents, full kitchen that is well stocked, inflatable queen mattress or arrange sectional couch to a bed. Multiple TVs. Quick walk to beach, coral gardens, and somewhere cafe. Parking was private and on property.
