Beautiful south-facing updated canal-front home with heated pool and spa. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sun and at night enjoy your meals in our waterfront screened in lanai. The luxury house is equipped with three comfortable bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Enjoy looking for dolphins, manatees and other wildlife from the dock. The open floor plan flows from the fully equipped modern kitchen into the comfortable living area with large TV. This is not your average property. Come enjoy your time in paradise!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, we especially liked the entire outdoor living area! The house was equipped with everything we needed, and was located in the perfect area to explore the entire Fort Myers area. This property is lovely and very well maintained. The house is immaculate and well appointed. New appliances, comfortably furnished, and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely outdoor area, lounging in the pool, and cooking on the grill. I highly recommend this vacation rental, looking forward to returning soon.

My now fiancé and I had a wonderful time here! It was so homey while still being a fun place to be. The pool and hot tub were everything! The couches outback were definitley a bonus. So much room here it really is a beautiful well equipped home. Made cooking together very easy! Check in and Check out was incredibly smooth. Loved the house so much we mainly just stayed there instead of exploring the city! Will definitley be coming back as it is so beautiful I proposed to my FIANCE!!! So exciting. 10/10 recommend
