Smart TVs in all the rooms and one outside for your entertainment. Fully equipped house for all your needs open concept great for family gatherings! Backyard is complete with pool (can be heated for additional cost) spa, bbq, family games for all ages! For all the golfers there is a putting green in the front yard. Ample amount of parking including boat, located on a quiet street. 5-minute drive to the lake, pets welcome with additional deposit.
