Fully Renovated and Oceanfront with a beautiful view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with KING size bed, queen pullout sofa in living room, and adjoining bath. Living room sofa, 65" HDTV in living room and 55" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

The couch did not match the pictures and it was awful. There was no support in the cushions so it’s like sitting in a hole of the pullout. But the place was a great size for two people and the televisions were great quality. The host answers in a timely manner and was very helpful and kind. The view of the beach was beautiful and being so close to the boardwalk was fantastic!

View and location of this condo is amazing! It is a trek up the stairs since the elevators are at the other end of complex but it was fine. Condo overall was nice, furniture in living room wasn’t the same as pictured nor was the bed. The furniture was fine, we didn’t spend much time in the condo anyways. The bed is another story though. The frame is like a foldable bed frame and the mattress is not comfortable. It was sunken in on sides and lumpy in middle. Woke up hurting everyday. If that was replaced this place would be perfect!

We love this condominium! The proximity to the beach was perfect. The view was beautiful! There are a few tips that we would offer. There is no easy access to an elevator. There was an elevator, but it was far from where we were staying, and it did not work. Secondly, the coffee maker was difficult to operate and we would recommend that you bring accessories adaptable for the ninja coffee maker if you want coffee. The condo had beautiful updates, but the installation of shelves in the shower would be helpful so that you would not have to put toiletries on the bottom of the shower. The deadbolt does not lock due to the lack of one screw on the end plate. Finally, I love the balcony, but, an update to the outdoor carpet would be nice. I give the hosts a 10 plus for communication and helpfulness! We would definitely return to this condo!

The room was immaculate with a breathtaking view of the resort and ocean. We loved awaking to the sunrise over the ocean and seeing the birds fly by in delight of the new day. This condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people wanting a nice, calm stay and has a convenient well-stocked kitchen. The bed was slightly uncomfortable for us but the rest of the condo made up for it, clean well-stocked kitchen, clean bath with large shower. The couch was comfy, too. Because it's on the third floor, I wouldn't stay here if you're elderly or have issues with stairs. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the third floor, totalling 42 steps up. Yes, I counted them. The elevator was out on the first day, so it made it a bit challenging to carry all our luggage and things up the stairways on multiple trips. Overall, it was an excellent trip with a beautiful view and you'll thoroughly enjoy drinking coffee and eating breakfast, as you will have a nice front row seat from your balcony. The large oceanfront pool is within 150' from the bottom of the stairway so it's super close. Don't forget to grab a drink at Jamaica Joe's bar & grill and just chillax!

Beautiful Condo

I have been to Hilton Head 6 times and this has most definitely been my favorite condo. Everything was decorated beautifully and the view of the ocean is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
