This was the perfect relaxing getaway for our family. It was nice to disconnect from everything and enjoy time together. We loved the little waterfall nearby. Overall it was a great experience.

Blueberry Farm Cottage exceeded our expectations! From the booking, to the communications with the hosts, thru our stay, to checkout, all was easy and accommodating. The cottage is a clean and cozy tiny home, with everything one could want. I love the butterfly decor! The kitchen, fully stocked. The dining/sitting area, cool and comfortable. The bedding was very good. The wrap around decking and covered hot tub….so nice for morning coffee or evening soaking. The outdoor space, the blueberry bushes….loved! My pups enjoyed exploring (on leash of course) the woods and creek with their noses. Oh the smells! We will be back next year! Thanks Emmye and Seth!!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The fire pit area by the creek is so peaceful. The way that it is decorated brings a smile and you have plenty of space for your belongings while you are there.

My only complaint (and it's not the owner's fault) is that the nearby guests don't always understand that people stay at Blueberry Farms in order to have some quiet time. On one of the nights we were staying there, there was a nearby young man that seemed to have some sort of "issue" in that every few minutes, he had to yell, or make some loud animal-like sound. Other than that, there was no noise at all because the forest was very quiet. The only other sound was of some nearby frogs, and that was a very soothing sound. Also, Mentone is a very quaint, SMALL town, so be sure to get all of your groceries and gas BEFORE you travel up to the top of the mountain, :-)

Charming tiny home

We had a great time staying in the Butterfly Cottage. We enjoyed the game room, outdoor swings, hot tub, and picking a few blueberries on the farm. It is nicely decorated and peaceful.

Beautiful area!

We enjoyed our stay at Butterfly Creek Cottage. The cottage is quaint and the location is beautiful! We experienced severe weather and the power was out for hours upon our arrival, so we could not enjoy the full experience. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Just what I needed

If you are looking for a quiet retreat in nature, this is a great option. Lots of private outdoor space but very comfortable inside as well, especially for a tiny house. Lots of character!

So much fun & so much R & R

As a 59 and 61 young couple, we had the best time playing foosball and Ms PacMan. I had never played foosball so I loved the competition. It was quiet as we were the only 2 in there. We plan to come back in the fall if at all possible.

Very nice!

This property is well done! The space is used well and I loved the butterfly theme. The furnishings are cute and everything you need is provided.The hot tub is also nice and relaxing with a cover in case of rain. The room is perfect for a couple and the loft is perfect for a coupe of kids. I would definitely recommend this tiny house!

The location was great! Sooo many state and national parks close by. We stayed very busy with activities. The entire property could be better maintained. The blueberry bushes were getting overgrown with weeds and trees, and everything could be blown off to remove sand and leaves. Outdoor chairs were muddy, etc. The tiny cabin worked for us. We used the heck out of the kitchen. We could have used a larger table, but we understand it’s a tiny house. The biggest complaint was the master bedroom. The room reeks of damp and mold. There had to have been water damage at some point. If you had the air on full blast, it seemed better, but who likes that?? Also, the bed is EXTREMELY hammocked. By the morning, my spouse and I could barely get out of it. It was really bad on our backs. The kids had no complaints about the loft beds though! They loved their space up there. We used the hot tub nightly and it was well cleaned and chlorinated. Hot tub towels were provided. The cabin itself was very clean as well. In general, we really enjoyed our stay. We loved picking blueberries and the kids liked the game room… and the proximity to parks was wonderful!

Fun Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed the house and the location. There were a few hiccups, but overall we enjoyed the Butterfly House. Minor Hiccups included: I would put a label at the black water heater switch, so no one turns it off. We were missing a fire pit on the lower area near the creek. We could never find the book about your place and things to do and the tv kept turning itself on at 4 in the morning.

Great Get-a-way

We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend some different pillows. While the memory foam pillows appear to be comfy, they are not comfy if you have a short neck. Possible alternative pillows would be great. I wanted to use the pull out sofa but didn't find any additional linens. Also, there was not enough toilet paper in either of the cabins we rented. We had to go purchase some at the Dollar Tree. Even with these recommendations, we loved the place and the Blueberry Picking.
