Welcome to Dream Catcher on the public side of Lake Anna, situated on the southern end of the lake in a cove! This 5 bedroom waterfront home offers an unobstructed view of the lake from the kitchen, dining area and family room. Head out the door and the lake is just a short walk away. There is a sandy beach area, hot tub and dock with boat ties for your enjoyment.

On the main level of the home, you will find the kitchen, dining area, family room, en-suite king master bedroom with full bath and a combined half bath and laundry room. There is also a screened in porch off the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

On the second level, you will find another en-suite king master bedroom with full bath, a second master bedroom with two queen beds and a full hall bathroom.

In the basement, there is another family room area, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a second bedroom with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full bathroom. In the converted garage, there is a game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table and multiple video game consoles for your entertainment. There are board games and books available in the home for your use as well as 3 TVs in the main floor family room, basement family room and main floor bedroom.

The home was clean, spacious, bright, and conveniently close to shopping. The firepit by the lake was a fantastic feature that made for cozy evenings filled with s’mores and great conversation. Having our dogs with us was such a special part of the trip, and the small beach right on the lake made it easy for them to splash around and enjoy the water. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a wonderful vacation for the whole family, and we’d absolutely book this place again.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and lake. House was very clean and tidy. Communication was great and they responded quickly. It was so nice drinking coffee on the dock and had a fire on the beach. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again

Gorgeous Views + Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is located on a great area of the lake. We had gorgeous lake views from the house and even better view from the private dock area. The house was clean, easy to access and my kids had a great time in the game room. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

The home was spotless and offered more than enough space for 8 adults to coexist for a few days. The view was stunning, the game room was a blast, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. Joanne was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I couldn't recommend this home enough, and we hope to stay there again at some point.

Great Lake house!

Loved the location on the lake, and the sandy beach was great for the kids and the dog! We spent each night down at the fire pit by the water, which was so peaceful! The neighborhood was great for walking, and we had so much fun in the game room!! The host was super responsive and accommodating, and answered our questions immediately. The house is a bit dated, but goes with the house in the woods look. The layout of the living room and kitchen on the main level allowed for two families to hang out in comfort, and we liked the fireplace too. I would recommend staying here for families and dogs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was lovely and the weather cooperated nicely.The host was very responsive and helpful. Some outside lights were out which didn't allow for outdoor dining at night. Also, the utility room flooded when multiple showers were running. Beds were comfortable and the kids (big and small) loved the game room.We enjoyed our stay in Lake Anna and would definitely return. We would love to visit again.

Great house for a family getaway

The house was in a great location and was just as advertised. The game room was a huge hit with the teenagers in our family. The house is in a great spot on the lake and close to the marinas and lakeside restaurants. The host was very communicative and helpful and was quick to return an item that we had left behind.

Lake weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Dream Catcher. The beach area is great and we made good use of the fire ring in the evenings. The game room was also a lot of fun. The hot tub is a nice addition and although it was dirty when we arrived, the host sent someone out right away to take care of it. The house and outside areas could use some upgrades. The deck needs repair and there were a good deal of cobwebs around. Inside, the fridge has some broken shelves and a drawer that was hard to close and should probably be replaced and moved to the game room so there would be a second fridge for beverages. The shower in the bathroom in the basement is very slippery and is sloped so it is a bit hazardous. Several of the doors throughout the home stick and are difficult to close. The kitchen needs more silverware and some of the pots and pans don’t have lids that fit. It would also be nice to have a set of wine glasses. There was an ant problem in the kitchen that needs to be addressed. Overall the home was spacious and comfortable and with a few updates would be great. The host was always very quick to respond to our questions. We loved the location and would definitely stay again despite minor issues.
