My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was clean and very inviting. The hot tub and outdoor shower was a great bonus. We loved how easy Surf and Sound reality was to reach for any need or issue with our rental. We highly recommend staying here and probably will in the future.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! Avon was peaceful with minimal traffic, even in the off-season, making it a relaxing getaway. The weather was perfect, and there were plenty of opportunities for local exploration and fishing. The home itself was exactly as described and pictured-clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful; they quickly brought a new propane tank when we discovered the grill’s was empty. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The place was clean and well-cared for. One thing that was a small issue was the lack of kitchen linens. There were no pot-holders, no dish towels, etc. We had to go buy those so that we could cook. It would also have been helpful to have at least one dishwasher tablet too to get us started.
