Covid -19 Triple Layer Bedding with flat sheet, blanket and top cover everything sanitized between stays. Covid-19 team cleaning all common areas and pool areas. The lobbies all have hand sanitizers also.
Vista Cay Resort Orlando features over 800 luxury condominiums and town homes with two and three bedrooms in a secluded master planned development. Spanning over 1,500 acres, Vista Cay comfort and elegance for every visitor. From families and couples to tour groups and business travelers, Vista Cay in Orlando, Florida is a resort haven in the midst of all the excitement and the Orlando attractions. This lakefront resort complex is located adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center and within minutes from the Int'l airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Walt Disney Parks.

This property is new to owner so all furniture and appliances are brand new in Vista Cay resort that was just finished in 2007. The best part is the front entrance is Universal Blvd. and the back exit leads you onto International Dr. SeaWorld is 1 1/2 miles away. The convention center is walking distance which is 1/4 mile away. Fantastic location in the heart of the tourism district.

The pool was really nice, and I think my son enjoyed it as much as Universal Studios. This is a good location for both Universal areas. It’s not really practical to walk to Epic, but we took an Uber for under 10. The unit is a good size and was clean.

This was a great location. Especially if you’re visiting universal. Disney is also a very short drive. Very clean and worth the price. Loved the pools and amenities and would stay again. The only critique I would give is the number of towels and wash cloths they provide. I totally understand not wanting to provide tons of them because it creates more work for the cleaning service after, but having enough per person to last at least 2 days would be better.

The only positive to this condo is the location to Universal. The pictures are either extremely old or have been altered with AI. Upon arriving we weren't able to settle in until we cleaned all surfaces. Counters were filthy, tabletops and tops of dressers had not been cleaned. There was thick dust on items sitting on counters and tables, light bulbs out, broken globe over island, large chips out of tile floor, furniture needs to be updated (many chips etc. in tables, couch very uncomfortable and filthy), pet and human hair in corners and along baseboards, plastic covers around legs of beds full of dust and dead bugs, cheerios/chips/trash under the bed and dressers. The small appliances on the counter in the kitchen are not actually there, pans need to be replaced and the sink has a very foul odor. There were 5 of us, and 4 bath towels and 2 washcloths. We did reach out to the owner the following morning and they wanted to send someone in to take care of things. We had already cleaned the best we could and did not want people in the condo without us there. They did drop off more towels and washcloths. We were so completely disappointed. There is also no water view as described. Parking and the pool were good.

The location is great! It was quiet! We loved sitting on the balcony. The unit itself does not smell, however, the building is old and has a distinct smell. The unit appeared clean but if you opened a closet you’d realize it wasn’t really as clean as you thought, if that makes sense. We like to use a fan at night. The fan in the closet didn’t look like it was dusted in a while as well as the closet.

Host was great at communication.Resort, Pool, Location was great.Unit itself needed a lot of updating. Drying was broken and banging when using. Lot of light bulbs out. Furniture in master bedroom all nicked up as well as kitchen cabinets. Did not have full toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms when we arrived. Partial used. There were 8 of us and only 6 bath towels.

We booked this property a lot based on its proximity to Epic Universe. It’s listed as a 14 minute walk which in no way is it walkable because it’s 30 minutes . It’s a 7-10 minute uber ride. Upon entering the Presidential suite the place is nice. However, exploring more there were issues. First, the couch is extremely worn, when sitting you sink. The patio has two super old rocking chairs, the coffee maker is way too small for sleeping 8 people, none of the hairdryers worked. New pots and pans are needed. The main shower leaks as well. The toilet paper at epic universe was softer than the toilet paper and most of the bathrooms. Floors for sure need to be cleaned, my white socks were black after walking barefoot. Now the good stuff- close to Walgreens & Publix. All of the beds are super comfortable. Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t get to check out the pool. Easy in and out access and having the trash feature outside the door was great. Knowing what we know now, we would stay again if it was cleaner and some updates were made.

Perfect location!

This condo is perfect for a large family (or 2 families) to stay in. Safe and secure complex, lovely set up and decor, great amenities, and close to everything! Would definitely stay again!
