Take it easy at this unique getaway! This house is located just steps away from the Douglas Lake shoreline. Open views, a wide deck to enjoy with family or friends, and a newly renovated interior. The house is also located at the end of a little campground/tiny homes and has a community playground!
*Please NOTE* Douglas Lake is a Reservoir so water is usually at or near full capacity March through Sept and it is low or gone in winter. The view is still beautiful regardless of the water level.

Cute little cabin, but sleeps 6 well. Excellent fishing for the kids and swimming. Short drive for groceries and attractions at Sevierville. Host is very responsive
If you are looking for a convenient location to Pigeon Forge while staying on the lake this place is perfect, It's about a 20 min drive. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with!
We really enjoyed our stay here and my husband loved being so close to the water to fish. Only thing I could recommend is a washer and dryer so you don’t have to go to the laundromat. But was a very fun trip.
Adorable little home. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Nice yard for kids to play. It doesnt state in the listing that this property is within a trailer park of sorts. This wasnt a problem. Quiet place. Lake was enjoyable to swim but it does have a rick bottom rather than clay so take wayer shies!
NOT family friendly as advertised. Very unhappy with the days we did stay and disappointed the host didn’t seem to care that we left early. There are sharp edges and black mold in the shower, which doesn’t seem like it has ever been cleaned. Same can be said for the filthy bath mats on the floor. Our duvet (which had no cover) had mystery and blood stains on it. A chair was broken. The couch has mystery stains. The playground is old and dilapidated, rust and garbage everywhere. The lake front was also very littered with garbage. Perhaps suitable for a boys fishing weekend? Definitely NOT for families and kids. The host has refused to refund me for the days we didn’t stay there. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Very disappointing.

I’m sorry this guest felt the need to leave such a negative review, especially after staying four full days of a week-long trip without mentioning a single issue. On day four, she informed me that her child had peed in the bed. I don’t have a washer/dryer on-site, but I immediately offered to come collect and clean all bedding and bath mats — she didn’t even decline but ignored me and my messages until she left that evening and instead demanded a refund for the remainder of her stay the next day.
The bath mats were described as “filthy,” but after several days of use with three children (one of whom was not included in the reservation and brought without permission), some wear is expected. My trusted cleaner deep cleans after every guest — including vacuuming the couch — and has never received a single complaint.
Staying for the majority of a trip without a word, then suddenly demanding a refund and refusing any resolution, is not a fair or reasonable expectation. I always go above and beyond to address guest concerns, and it’s unfortunate she didn’t allow me to do that.
