You can't beat the location for the price. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the comfy bed. Rusty was a very communicative and responsive host. I would stay here again for the location.

This property is terrific - the location is ideal and the property is as described. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas - front porch, dining table, and couch area. Owner was very communicative and offered a lot of really helpful tips. It was a perfect spot for a multi-day visit to Boulder for a couple. We would definitely recommend and would come back!

We stayed for a quick weekend visiting relatives locally. The apartment was very cozy and well stocked with amenities. The location could not be better if you want to explore downtown Boulder by foot or bike. The place was clean and ready on time. The kitchen is well stocked with items if you like to cook while you visit (we did not, as our stay was quite brief). There is great outdoor seating (porch, yard and patio). The price was better than local hotels and for us a real bargain for our trip.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our stay at Rusty's place was fantastic! Check-in was easy and we were able to access the house with the provided code right at check-in time. The location was fantastic and the space was very comfortable. Access to the patio furniture was a plus!Rusty was kind enough to order a yoga mat for us to use while we were staying at his place. It arrived the same day that we did and was greatly appreciated!
