Your wave is waiting, come on down! Get away from it all and relax on the beach!

We offer our guests a complete and comfortable condo on the island, just 100 steps from the sand. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a pull out queen size Murphy bed for separate sleeping. All you will need to pack is your bathing suit and your toothbrush. We provide all the basics, including Wi-Fi. You can hear the ocean from the deck. Relax on the deck or kick back on the sofa inside and watch a show on the flat screen tv. You can take a swim in the pool or read a book. Select a book from our assortment provided. We have a complete kitchen with major and small appliances. Washer and dryer included.

Such a cute little condo! Easy accessibility to the beach. Jane was so helpful with the check-in process. Even though we did not partake, I have never had certain things supplied at rentals before (trash bags, detergent, soaps, shampoo, etc.) it was so above and beyond. Great rental nice location partial view of the ocean got plenty of exercise going up the stairs.decorations inside are beautiful I preferred the beach over the pool and of you are tech savvy you should bring your own equipment televisions are primarily for viewing local stations. Rest and relaxation

This was possibly the best beach trip I’ve taken. The condo is across the street from the ocean but has a good ocean view. It’s less than a minute walk to the beach. It was super clean and comfy. There were tons of amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, some food supplies like salt pepper oil even ramen noodles and coffee filters. The whole trip was so relaxing. It was a quiet place and the beach is equally quiet. We will visit again soon.

We absolutely loved this property! It was EXTREMELY clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves with a cup of coffee in the morning. Stairs are no joke but you’ll get used to them. It’s worth it for the balcony view and lack of people above you. Perfect for 2 people, quiet place, all the neighbors are respectful of noise. Will definitely be staying in this little oasis again!

Great Location with View

This was our second time staying at this property. It's a great size for two. Love that you can see the water in two directions from the porch. The only big negative is the walk up a lot of stairs. In the hot weather it's very draining. We leave our beach stuff in the car so we don't have to drag it up and down. Otherwise.. it's a short walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants and activities but far enough to be "quieter" and less crowded.

We are very blessed to have three wonderful sons, twins and a singleton who attended UNC Wilmington (at the same time!). When we would visit, it was our pleasure to stay at Carolina Beach which seemed so friendly and family oriented. When the boys graduated, we decided to buy a place of our own to enjoy. It was only this year, after some renovations, we decided to open our condo to others so they too could enjoy the experience of complete Rest and Relaxation. We hope you have a wonderful stay and that we have provided you with the small comforts of home. Thank you for choosing R&R!

The condo, which is located on the north end of Carolina Beach, is just steps away from the ocean. With a third floor view we can enjoy watching the surfers and pelicans while sipping our morning coffee on the deck, reading a book, or playing a game of Scrabble.

Provided at no cost are: bed linens, towels, beach umbrella and chairs, kitchen and bath sundries, magnifying wall-mounted makeup mirrors in each sink area, paperback books and visors. Our price is all-inclusive. No extras or surprises.
