Julia’s Retreat NSB was created to make your Florida getaway the most memorable vacation ever! This fabulous original 1930s cottage home is located in historic and arts district with dining and entertainment. It is walking distance to Canal Street with restaurants, boutique shops and Art galleries. On Saturdays, there is a Farmers market at the end of the street. The Intracoastal waterway is nearby and a 2 mile drive to Flagler street nightlife the spectacular beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.

The House is FULLY renovated with new finishes and appliances. The open floor plan shares a cozy Living room, Dining area and spacious Kitchen. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and its own Bathroom, the second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Relax outside on one of 2 porches, the Adirondack chairs out front or cool off under the breezeway where we have a BBQ grill.

A Wonderful Place To Stay

This is a very well decorated, clean, cute and modernized home. Obviously, someone took a lot of time to decorate this. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, open dining and living area. In walking distance to NSB downtown. The Saturday farmers market is a stones throw away. We loved it and would stay again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic. We stayed at the house for the weekend for our daughter’s wedding at the Brannon center. The house was perfect for our family and very close to the venue. Canal Street and Flagler Avenue are easy to get to. The house is spotless and easily accommodated our group of 7. The owner communicated very well throughout the process and had very detailed instructions for check in. There was even a binder that had useful info such as nearby locatjons, rules of the house, etc. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed from shower supplies, cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and plenty of towels. Excellent property and process!

Why they chose this property

We are situated in a convenient location with restaurants, shops, art galleries, and entertainment in walking distance. There also is a farmers market every Saturday at the end of the street. The intercoastal is a 5 min. walk and the Atlantic Ocean is 2 miles.

Our cottage is the original built in 1939, fully renovated inn 2023.
