The stay was great! The bed was SUPER comfy, and we even had cookies waiting for us when we arrived. We will be booking this Vrbo again on our next trip to Asheville.
The River Arts House is a very cute and well apportioned home. We enjoyed the home and our stay there. Georgia was an excellent host. It’s a great option!
We had a great time staying here. Location is terrific and the dedicated parking a real plus. Communication with our host was excellent. Property has a beautiful porch in the backyard, which was perfect for coffee and late afternoon cocktails. Also, the house was stocked exceptionally well.
Rental was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Host was accommodating and communicative. Great location. Walkable to a lot of things and very quick drive to places that weren’t. Would definitely rent again.
Cute, comfortable and perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. Host was very sweet and informative. Spacious and very clean and fresh! Bed was VERY comfortable. Location was convenient too. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It was lovely. Highly recommend it!
Georgia was a great host. Communication was easy and responsive. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen in a VRBO that we have seen in quite some time. The large backyard was ideal if you have a dog (although it is not fenced). The deck was inviting. Comfortable mattress in both bedrooms, plenty of closet space (including hangers). Great oversized washer and dryer. Location is convenient to downtown, to upscale grocers, and to the walking trail along the river.
The house was very clean and quiet. The yard was nice and we really loved the deck especially to watch the sun rise each morning. It was very close to downtown Asheville and right around the corner from the River Art District. We totally enjoyed our stay at Georgia's house :)

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Though close to many things the location is somewhat iffy with questionable areas near by.
The host was especially nice and friendly. The location was ideal for walking or short commutes in the car. The place was exceptionally clean and organized. It was a great place to explore Asheville from. Highly Recommended.
Very cozy and comfortable home. We stayed 6 days and no issues. We had everything we needed. Conveniently located to the River Arts District on a quiet street. We had our own parking spot off the street which was nice.
This beautiful home was everything we looked for. Comfy, large beds, and an inviting living area. My wife, daughter, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The home is indeed within walking distance to downtown and the brewery district. Georgia kept in contact and frequently checked on us. We greatly appreciated her professionalism and caring.
The River Arts Home was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with our pup! We loved the living area and outdoor space, and it was nice that the back deck was completely enclosed. Nestled right between the River Arts District and downtown Asheville, we were within a mile or two of a plethora of breweries, restaurants, and other fun spots. Even if you aren’t up for walking (it did dip into the 20s while we were there!), everywhere we wanted to go was about a 6 Lyft ride. We also visited Biltmore, and the entrance gate is only about 5 minutes away.Georgia was a wonderful host, and we are already looking forward to our future return!
Unfortunately due to a last minute illness, I was not able to make this trip. However my friends were able to go and had a lovely time. Georgia was very communicative and helpful if we had any questions. Thank you again. I look forward to coming next time.
The property was clean & well equipped. I would not say that is walkable to downtown. The fireplace isn’t operable, and the house Nextdoor has a large septic tank, and broken down car that is adjacent to the patio. If you aren’t bothered by this, then I would rent the property.
The property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to visit in Asheville. Georgia’s place was adorable and smartly stocked! We appreciated her tips for our visit. She communicated effectively.
