The house was well decorated. Good location. The advertisement says no central air, we just happened to come when it was unseasonably warm which made sleeping upstairs uncomfortable. Other than that it went well. Would be a very cozy property in fall and winter

This property was perfect for 3 adults. The interior was clean, decorated to be modern and comfortable. The kitchen was our favorite place to cook and hang out. We brought the food and had everything we needed right there. We loved the location because we were surrounded by trees. One day we waved to the cyclists as they headed up the hill by the house. Town, stores and trails were nearby.

WOW! This property did not disappoint! We came to Colorado for a concert at Red Rock which was only about a 30 minute drive. Totally worth the beautiful drive through the mountains. This A-Frame is a modern, clean and cozy property in the most peaceful neighborhood with incredible mountain views and cute wildlife everywhere! Also, the property manager had prompt and polite communication. If we lived in Colorado we’d bring looking to buy a property in Evergreen! 1000000% recommend this property!!!

Best VRBO Ever!

This is the best VRBO my husband and I have ever stayed in! I always appreciate the ambiance, stye and attention to detail of the places I stay in. This place exceeded my desires! The home must have been professionally created, from the remodel down to the furnishings! Superb! I wanted to move in and live here! The fox in the picturs came to visit each morning and night; he added to our visit in the mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for some serious cooking or you can do like we did and visit several local restaurants just 15 minutes away! We will be back!

Only complaint was the connectivity to the internet. The tv would freeze up and the when connected via computer, it was very slow at time…to the point that it was not usable at times.
