Great place to stay. Has a cute outside area that is quiet and gets a good amount of sun. Parking is good but if you have a lower car you’ll scrap it getting in and out of the steep drive. Only issue we had was the bedroom closest to the bathroom smelled bad. Leaving the window/door open helped but it’s pretty strong.

Ricardo was quick to respond and allowed us to check in a bit early which was so nice! Only downside was the property really smelled like cigarette smoke; we opened the windows and it cleared out fairly well but wasn’t a great first impression and did linger throughout the weekend stay. Otherwise, this was a nice quiet house with parking and easy access to the highway.

Ricardo's property was exactly as listed in the description. The house was well maintained and was super comfortable for our group. The lawn added to the beauty of the property too. Overall, highly recommend this place and would definitely book again while visiting Portland.

Overall the rental was good for the price. It was clean and nice yard. It was easy to find and get into. House was stocked for what we needed. My concerns during stay are lots of homeless people in area. Also there was an odor in the home that was intolerable. We spent one night and had to forgo the rest of the stay and went to a hotel. Overall experience 3/5.

Everything was accurately described in the listing and we had a lovely stay in this cute home. Be aware that the driveway is steep, narrow, and shared with the neighbors. Wasn't an issue for us in a small pickup, but it would be challenging to maneuver with a large truck or van. One Door Dash driver had trouble finding it, resulting in a Mysterious Missing Pizza. However, we and 2 Lyft drivers were able to find it ok - you just have to slow way down as you approach on 92nd so you don't miss it.
