Awesome location and amazing place

This place was truly great. Amazing location in the center of Old San Juan. Easily walkable to all kinds of things... the fort, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and more. The place itself was really great. Brand new modern appliances and icy cold AC in the bedrooms. All the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Family time in Old San Juan

Very impressed with the service at this property! We had a couple of non-flushing toilets but otherwise a wonderful experience all around. Marcos, the property manager, was fantastic and gave us all kinds of great suggestions on places to go, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

3 generations for Christmas holiday

The property was a splurge but we wanted to be in the heart of Old San Juan. It was old and beautifully restored, central and really comfortable for coming and going and for relaxing on site in a group or in twos or threes. Communication was good when finally established but the many platforms for communication were confusing to the elders so it was bumpy at first. Lovely property!!

The host was very welcoming and was quick to respond whenever I reached out. We loved the location, right in the heart of Old San Juan. So easy to get everywhere. We loved that most bedrooms had their own bathroom and shower and that there was plenty of bedrooms. It took us quite a few days to figure out where the light switches were located for the dining room and living room were. They were located close to the floor and one was behind the cabinet, but overall that wasn't a big deal. A book with how to work everything would be great to have for guests( how to work various other lights, the bluetooth, etc). If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would. Overall we loved this place, so charming and unique!

This charming historic building is located in the center of Old San Juan within walking distance to everything…shops, restaurants, supermarket, ferry. The host was very responsive and quick to address our needs. Our group of 8 really enjoyed the private courtyard. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned but most of the time our group was out and about exploring San Juan. It was a wonderful stay.
