We were very impressed with the properties privacy and location. It’s a unique home and very comfortable. Great kitchen with all the cooking essentials! Great outdoor wrap around patio. For anyone going there to visit Raystown lake, it’s a perfect location. Would also be great for a family reunion or a couple families traveling together, sharing accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and would go back for sure!

The Easter egg hunt to find remotes for heat (mounted on wall between bedroom and bath) and tv/dish. Needed better information for tv/dish. Part of problem batteries were dead in remotes for tv/dish. Food left in cupboard from previous occupants which was explicitly laid out not to do in contract. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. Quiet and relaxing with no traffic or noise. Area is amazing with many things to do like hiking which we did on easier trails still getting to see some awe inspiring natural land formations.

Outdoor Family Vacation

Spur of the moment decision to check out Raystown Lake and happened upon this lake house listing. The location to hiking trails and fishing spots was very convenient. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the privacy of playing outside with our dog and cooking s’mores on the campfire.

B-Day Weekend retreat

Great place to stay! Great location near Ray's Town Lake. The Cottage was quite the set up and clean. Had more supplies for cooking then stated in the review. Overall we will stay there again when the occasion arises

Location was nice and check in was easy. Had a problem with an exposed outlet that starting sparking smoking but luckily we were able to switch the breaker off and a handyman was sent to repair.

Nice quiet getaway

My family, friend and I stayed 3 nights at this house. The location is a bit of a ways from the local places. We hiked the nearby trough creek. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, firepit and comfortable rooms. Jackie M
