The host was amazing and helped us resolve some pool issues. The downfall would be the waterpark is not heated at all, except for the hot tubs. So for the value, it felt overpriced because the waterpark was not usable as the water was too cold. Would recommend going earlier in the season. The amenities at the house were wonderful.

This property is amazing. We used it for our annual 8 person guys golf trip and it was perfect as it has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. It would certainly be excellent for a family reunion as two of the bedrooms have plenty of bunk beds for kids. There is a nice pool with a water slide and hot tub on the ground floor and another hot tub on the second level deck. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with anything you might need. We brought in a chef for one of the nights and the kitchen made their job easier. The large garage has a commercial freezer and refrigerator not to mention a golf simulator; foosball; chess; and ping pong. All 8 of us loved the accommodations.

Favorite Hurricane stay

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Super comfortable beds and amazing pool. We spent more time in the pool than we did exploring. Loved that they have an industrial ice machine, made it super easy to fill the cooler and take off for the day. We will definitely stay at here next trip.

Such a fun trip

One of my best stays, the rec center was open so the kids were able to play at the splash pad and wave pool. We always love staying at this home, it's immaculate and has our favorite pool and slide. We'll be back soon and will bring the cousins. This house is so great for kids.

10/10 AMAZING!!!

Our group of 20 (ages 2 - 72) couldn't stop raving about this house! It was perfect! The pool and slide was the biggest hit (even when it was windy, rainy, and cool outside). They have entertainment down to a T! The location of the house worked out perfect for us - we could ride our SxS's and 4-wheelers right from the house to the trails in Sand Hollow. The only negative is that I don't think we will ever be able to top this trip.

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful house in a nice area. Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. A large house like that should have double ovens but not a deal breaker. Could have been a little cleaner. Would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional experience for family reunion

Our stay at the Pecan Valley 5205 house was amazing. We had a family reunion weekend and everyone was very impressed with the finishes in the home, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and supplies. Every room has a corresponding bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this home for any similar gathering.

Perfect couples getaway

We stayed here as couple friends and it was perfect. Every room felt like a master suite. The pool was our hangout spot. It was warm and big enough for the 14 of us.

It looks exactly like the pictures, the amenities are great, and the property manager was ver responsive and helpful. We had the best time. Corporate retreat

The property was amazing, and a lot better than i imagined it would be. The house had everything we could possibly need, and was very comfortable for our very large group. The pool and outdoor setup was amazing, the kids had endless fun in the garage gameroom, etc. This is definitely one of the better properties in the community.

Best Vacation Ever

Absolutely beautiful home. We have a few kids and they said this was the best vacation ever! They spent every waking moment in the pool. The pool slide was amazing and it was so nice to have a heated pool in the cooler weather. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. We absolutely will stay here again next year.

Outstanding!

This was one amazing house! The house was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen/dining/family room was monstrous and so much space for the 8 of us to hang out, cook, and watch TV. The pool was the best part, especially with the water slide. Pool was set a 88 degrees before we got there so was perfect for us to use. Loved how we can sit in the pool/hottub and watch football games on the pool TV. I would definitely come back here for our follow up golf trip.

First class all the way

The house is absolutely beautiful designed! I love that there's two tables. I'd love how comfy the beds were and the pillows were so soft. I slept like a baby. And the pool and hot tubs are so fun! We were there for a women's retreat and we all loved it! I can't wait to plan a family reunion there.
