Perfect home for our weekend stay! Was very clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was massive and lots of space for a child and dog to run. Only thing was some ants but a lot of times out of owners control. Location is prime and walking distance to many great places. Thank you for sharing this home with others! No negatives we faced.

Dog friendly made our vacation the best! This yard was so awesome for us all. Relaxing shady under the pavilion, never too hot with the coastal breeze. We had things on our list we skipped because the yard was the place to be. Enjoy shopping restaurants sweet micro breweries then come back with your otter box of just listen to the song birds.

We loved it backyard was amazing patio we enjoyed so very much we all seat out there house was beautiful spotless pet friendly my sister brought her two dogs over they loved the backyard hopefully we can go there next year thank you for having us there

The house was exactly like the pictures described. Everyone in our party enjoyed being at the house. The hosts answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We have family ties to the area and I did not realize when booking the house that we were right down the road from where their old motel used to be. We came down per my dad’s last wishes to distribute his ashes in Rockport near that motel. We accomplished that. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We fell in love with the area and will definitely return.

Fathers Day beach trip

Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!

Amazing!

The backyard was amazing, our dogs loved it! The house was just what we needed and super clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, including seafood boil seasoning. Thank you for letting us stay there and we will return.

Fantastic Weekend in Rockport

Where to start! The residence was immaculate, nicely furnished and decorated. One of the most WELL equipped kitchen at any STR I have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, great landscaping and the back yard is the icing on the cake. Perfect for family gatherings. Conveniently located to Old Town Rockport and Rockport beach.
