The coastal chic decor is inviting, and the natural light sets the scene for a great vacation. Enjoy your days on the beach and your evenings playing board games (provided by the owner)! Just a short walk down the Public Beach access path (an immediate left of the property) to Ocean Blvd. West and then left for 3 houses beside 331OBW to the Public Beach access.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
