The apartment is as described. Well looked after, a good kitchen, clean and a thoroughly relaxing place to return to after a busy day in the Parks. With Animal Kingdom only 11 minutes away, it's also easy to do a quick escape back to the apartment half way through the day.Top floor suited us. There are elevators (lifts). The facilities on resort (pool, slides, etc) are very good also, and weren't too crowded when we were there. There's even electric car charging out the back of the apartment, which we found very handy (although you need a US mobile no. to use the app).Nicole was quick to respond and helpful. Very much recommended.

Can’t wait to return

The property is centrally located. I appreciated all the kid friendly amenities this property had such as a high chair, kid eating utensils, and etc. The owner’s provided effective communication as needed. My family and I will definitely stay here again!

Nicole had excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We love the amenities at Windsor Hills. Not a fan of the beds (personal preference) and wouldn't recommend for a toddler age for a couple of reasons: no deadbolt on front door, sliding door latch difficult and bunk mattress was too thick on upper bunk. However, the place was well stocked in the kitchen with knives and Tupperware that most places are lacking. I would definitely stay here again with older children.

Amazing!!!

We were very impressed with this apartment and the amenities from the resort! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owner even let us stay for a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 7pm. Owner was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends! Also would love to know the name of the mattress in the king bedroom, it was so comfortable!

Very convenient

The accommodation is close to the amusement parcs and Walmart. There are numerous restaurants nearby, but you can easily cook your own meal in the very complete kitchen. All amenities are there. Bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen are clean and comfortable. Everything you need on a daily basis is there, also for smaller kids (e.g. pack and play bed and highchair). Everything as described. Pool is also nice for cooling down after a long day.

Amazing condo

We frequently stay at Windsor Hills for our Disney trips. This condo is definitely the best one we’ve stayed at so far. My 4 year old absolutely loved the themes (Monsters Inc and Ratatouille). Very spacious and clean. The bed in the master was more comfortable than our bed at home! Communication was top notch and we even got into our room way earlier than expected! There’s not much to complain about in this area! We actually prefer Windsor Hills over a Disney resort. Very close to all Disney parks and anything else you could want or need. Pool area is excellent as well. We plan to book this exact room for our December trip!
