The Space:

We welcome you to stay with us and enjoy our newly themed Ratatouille kitchen! Our deluxe stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops will enhance your culinary experience. With all the necessary utensils and tableware within easy reach, preparing delicious meals has never been more convenient. The dining table comfortably accommodates six, creating the perfect environment for unforgettable meals and gatherings.



Our balcony has just received an exciting update! Enjoy the easy convenience of effortlessly sliding our doors with just a gentle touch of your finger! Enjoy the balcony at any time, you may even catch a glimpse of the magical Disney fireworks at night.



After a fun day at the parks, our living room is the ideal spot to unwind and relax. Feel free to kick back and enjoy ultimate comfort and entertainment in this spacious area. You'll find two comfy armchairs and a pull-out couch, perfect for both relaxation and hosting guests. The star of the room is a 65” Smart TV, complete with all the latest streaming apps like Disney+ and Netflix, providing endless entertainment options for everyone to enjoy. Come make yourself at home and enjoy some well-deserved downtime!



Experience ultimate comfort in our master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a premium mattress designed for restorative sleep. You will appreciate the convenience of having your own private bathroom, which includes a stylish marquee-lit mirror and a luxurious sliding glass walk-in shower, adding an element of elegance to your daily routine. The room is tastefully adorned in soothing light blue tones, fostering a peaceful atmosphere that promotes relaxation and serves as the ultimate retreat for unwinding after a long day.



Bedroom #2 presents a stylish and restful space, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, a nightstand is nearby for easy access to your belongings, and the desk for the television provides a perfect spot to enjoy your favorite shows or movies. The vibrant blue hue of the room, along with the elegant artwork adorning the walls, makes this space truly unique.



Bedroom #3 is a fun and colorful room inspired by the popular movie "Monsters, Inc." The space features a sturdy wooden bunk bed that has two twin-sized beds, perfect for siblings or friends to share.

The playful design and attention to detail in this room are sure to capture the hearts of little ones, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. Whether they are playing, sleeping, or watching TV, kids will feel right at home in this inviting space.



Take full advantage of our convenient in-house washer and dryer! To make your laundry experience even easier we provide a limited supply of detergent pods for you to use at no extra cost!

The Neighborhood:

- The scenery is beautiful, the locals are welcoming. There is plenty to do and plenty to see. The area features playgrounds for children, a water park, and numerous sports fields. Simply driving around and discovering the area is a fantastic way to experience the community.



Other Things to Note:

•This apartment provides smart TVs which allow guests to stream video content during their stay.

Examples include Netflix and Disney plus.

However, Many of these services require subscriptions

NOT provided by the condo.

Guests sign in using their OWN Netflix accounts with their own passwords and email addresses.

Guests are responsible for logging out of their accounts.



•All guests at Windsor Hills must obtain wristbands before using the community pool, hot tub and water park. Wristbands are free to guests staying in the community and should be worn the length of your stay. To get wristbands, just stop by the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse. Give the staff your name (or name of guest who booked the home) and the address of the home. 



•There is no early check-in or late check-out allowed, unless it has been discussed and approved by the host IN ADVANCE. This policy is in place to ensure that the cleaning schedules can be properly maintained.
