Great host who was very communicative. Perfect venue for group of golfers , enjoying the BNP tennis and playing golf every day. Would highly recommend this property for a family or group of golfers

We stayed 3 nights with 2 families for my 40th birthday, including 5 kiddos ages 2-8 & had the BEST time! Armen was incredibly responsive anytime we needed anything & very accommodating with requests. The pool was a perfect size & we loved the large lounging step for the littles. We all had a blast in the game room & it was so nice being able to bounce between the pool & the garage, which has AC, when we got hot outside or wanted to switch up activities. The rooms are very spacious, everything was extremely clean, & we loved the outdoor living area. The kitchen is very well stocked & we cooked all our meals there over our 4 days. The soccer field was such a fun addition as well that the kids loved especially when the sun went down. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we come back to the desert!

Great Spot for a family get away

We really enjoyed the property. It has a great pool which was properly heated which isn't always the case in Palm Springs so appreciated that they had it heated to a nice temperature for winter swimming. Good yard area and fun game room. Plenty big to fit a good size family get away.

A great set up for relaxing time away. The house has everything you need. Host is very responsive for turning the heat on for hot tub. It takes about thirty minutes to warm up so you can notify him ahead of time

Overall the property was clean and had nice amenities including a fun outdoor pool area with a turf field and nice rec garage room. We were a family of 5 and only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 of 3 bathroom, but the house could accommodate many more comfortably.Extremely limited options sit down restaurants and shopping options within 8 miles - pretty had to go downtown Palm Springs which had many options.

Spring Break Family Getaway

Great place to stay with the family, just pack bathing suits, a soccer ball and food to bbq! Game room was a hit and even has an ac unit. Kids loved the pool and soccer field. Peaceful and quiet, would recommend cooking at the house instead of trying to eat out. Bbq area is great.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home! It had everything we needed and more — the amenities were perfect for our family getaway. We brought our son and five of his friends to celebrate his 17th birthday, and it couldn’t have been better. We spent our days BBQ’ing and relaxing by the pool, while the boys loved staying up late playing pool and poker in the game room. The home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy every moment. The owner was fantastic to work with — very responsive and helpful, which made the whole trip seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Spacious home with plenty of amenities

My family of seven had a fun filled relaxing week as Armen’s guests. The layout of the home was perfect for us with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms grouped together. The common areas were large and plenty of seating available. The kitchen was well stocked and the game room was an excellent place for entertainment. The outdoor space was private and had beautiful views of the hills. The hot tub was a perfect place to end the day.

This house was pure perfection! I couldn’t believe these of the pool! Most houses have average to small but this pool was huge! Sparkling clean water !! We got the pool heated as well and it’s was just amazing! The house was also great! Super clean, spacious, and comfortable bed! It also has a cool game room! This is now my official house I will book for ever trip of ours out to Palm dessert! The owners are upper nice and on top of everything! I can’t say enough good things s out this house and the owners! Thank you for such a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Desert Hot Springs! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The amenities were a huge highlight — the pool, jacuzzi, game room, and grill made it easy for our family to relax and have fun together. We especially enjoyed playing soccer outside, which made for great family bonding time.The laundry room was an added convenience, and having a car charger available for our EV was a big plus. Everything was well-maintained, and the home felt very welcoming. It was a great weekend. The property was nice and very well kept. The pool and Hot Tub were clean, and used a lot... my grandkids looked them. The best thing about the stay was the host. They were very attentive and helpful in everything respect. ...and available every time I reached out. This was a great choice for our stay and hopefully available next time we are in the area.
