Please Note: Building improvements will take place from November 2025 through March 2026. The project includes stucco repairs, painting, power washing, and recaulking. Scaffolding will be set up around the building during this time. Some daytime construction activity and noise may be noticeable, but every effort will be made to minimize any disruption.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had is there is no storage in the kitchen for groceries and not much storage in the living room (all the wall cabinets had something in them already)

The kitchen was very well appointed- we were really impressed with everything they thought of. The almost-full ocean view from the large balcony was great. The pool is quite large and the patio area is also nice and clean. Palmetto Dunes itself is impeccable. You’re very close to the grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, etc. when you’re staying at Palmetto so running out is easy. 10/10 recommend this property and using Island Time. This is our second time booking through them and they’re honestly the best rental company I’ve worked with on HHI.

The kitchen was well stocked and even the dishes had beach motif. Loved the beach reads that were provided. I grabbed a good one and read it during my stay. Island time was wonderful in checking in. Only downside was there was 1 elevator and it broke. I had a bad knee so not good experience but when I called Island Time, they were not aware and it was fixed very quickly. I hope to make this a yearly trip at the same condo.

Simply Amazing

There are so many great qualities about this condo, I’ll start from the beginning and try to not miss anything. Check in was easy, office was across from the main entrance. You come into Palmetto Dunes and everything was beautifully landscaped. People are riding their bikes, golfing, jogging, and playing tennis. There is security on site, made it feel really safe. The parking garage was clean and spots were easy to get in and out of. The beach access was right through the garage. The elevator takes you straight to the room, like literally you are the first door off the elevator. Garbage area was right around the corner. You enter the room and you are welcomed with a stunning condo, and inviting balcony. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possible want. The living room was very comfortable and spacious. The balcony is huge, you have a nice view of the water. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. It is a 1.5 bath which was very nice, you don’t see that often. Large shower and the half bath was a good size as well. Nice washer and dryer, upgraded fixtures, upgraded appliances, and custom cabinets. The property is just how it is pictured and simply amazing. We were very happy with our stay and plan on making this our yearly rental.
