We really enjoyed our stay and were completely happy with our rental. The location was great. We had our two grandchildren (10 and 6) with us so loved being right on the beach. When we were in our condo we used the deck overlooking the beach a lot. Everything was in good working order and met our needs perfectly. Being a short drive to the OC boardwalk but not right on it was a bonus. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great oceanfront view. Kitchen well supplied. Bathrooms were decent. Pool was well maintained. Could use a little fresh paint on the floorboards and cleaning company could do a better job of mopping and they left dirty bathroom floor mats in the cupboard under the sink. Walk just a few blocks to ice cream shops, beach wear, goofy golf, nice little water park and a view of the Fenwick Island lighthouse to the west. I would stay again!

We stayed the week after Labor Day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well thought out. The bed was comfortable, and we had a Keurig-which was nice. The communication with the rental agency was very responsive and access was very easy. I rate this condo a 10 out of 10.

Great area. Nice condo..updated and modern only issue was floors were not mopped in a while. We expect some sand but cleaning personnel should steam clean and or mop floors
