We have stayed in BV before but this was our favorite spot so far. It’s a neighborhood feel but really close to restaurants and shops and trails. The house is clean and well maintained. Host was helpful! Definitely coming back
Nice quiet neighborhood house had good amenities nice and clean. Saw a few deer every morning. Close to lots of hot spots in town. Will stay here again when I come to town.
Cute clean house walking distance to downtown BV. Had all the kitchen basics that I needed. Not much in the way of staples (like spices, olive oil etc). But at the same time, there was no long list of check out instructions that I could see, which was refreshing.
Very clean and comfortable house. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The walk to Main Street was quick and mountain biking is close by. It has a huge yard which was great for my two kids and the beds are comfortable. The fire pit was great for a night of s’mores!
Nice place. The living area, bedrooms, kitchen were comfortable.
For summer time guests, it would be quite helpful if more windows had the capability to slide open since there is not A/C.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication
The house was fine and has everything you need for a basic stay, particularly a short one (we stayed two nights). The access instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for 30 min, which was incredibly frustrating. It was ultimately fixed, but only after calling, texting, sending a message in the VRBO app, and calling VRBO. There were zero checkout instructions, I texted asking about them, but they didn’t get back to me right away so we were left scrambling to take care of everything before our planned departure. Lastly, we ran out of toilet paper and had to request more. They did have someone deliver it later that day, but just having to ask for a basic thing like toilet paper was frustrating.
The house is in a great location - cute neighborhood and easy walk downtown. Bath towels weren't available when we checked in, but Coby did what he good to get us towels quickly. We had some minor complaints about cleanliness and missing a screen on a window, but Coby was very understanding and I expect our issues will be fixed for future stays.
Comfortable beds, easy walk to Main St and a nice park. Bring anything you need in the kitchen for meals. There is not a lot in the cupboards and minimal usable utensils. Hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner mini bottles there. No washer and dryer. Great stay for us all in all and would return.
This is a very cute home that is close to everything. We walked downtown and took a short drive to hiking and hot springs! Clean and perfect for what we needed. My only suggestion is that there are more towels. We only had 2. lol. But overall, great place and would come back! :)

Thanks Brooke, we appreciate the feedback and glad you had a good time. We always stock additional towels, sheets, and linens in the closet in the hallway and we will add to our details for guests. See you this summer and thanks again.
Central to town, Mt. Princeton and Monarch Mountain
Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again.
The house can use some upgrades but was clean and worked for our small group. Instructions for dishes and trash, etc would be helpful. Basic condiments would also have been nice, coffee, salt and pepper, etc.
Overall it was very nice.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. You did a nice job of leaving the home in good condition when you left. We appreciate the feedback
and it helps to make improvements in the future. It's our first year, and we are planning on some updates for the property this winter as things slow down. We will work on adding more condiments, the salt and pepper shaker are in the window above the sink. Safe travels and thanks for staying with us.
No washer dryer. No fenced yards for pets. Absolutely no amenities for guests. Limited cooking items or detergent. No extra toilet paper. Very poorly stocked for a out of town guest.

Thanks for the feedback. We always appreciate hearing what guests think and try to make the stay better for clients in the future.
Prior to booking you asked if there was a fenced yard. I explained "we have large back yard that is partially fenced on the east side". The back yard has large trees, grass, a picnic table and extends to cottonwood creek.
Furthermore, as the host of the house, we made arrangements for you to use the neighbors house with a fully fenced back yard when needed a spot for your pets, going above most hosts to try and accommodate you.
Although it's our policy to only allow for one dog, we made an exception for you to bring two dogs and one cat in which we charged no additional amount.
We don't have a washer and dryer, it's not listed on our site that we do. We also don't provide laundry detergent. There is a Laundromat within two blocks of the home if you need to do laundry while staying.
Because you had an extended stay, we texted you "please let us know if you need anything to be restocked or have any additional requests, we are happy to help". You never requested anything additional.
The house is stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, paper towels, soap, pans, pots, salt and pepper, coffee maker, ice maker, along with most items needed to cook. We are always working on rounding out our items to get guests whats needed to cook. You are the first of the guests to make this suggestion.
Again, thanks for the review. We will continue to work on making a pleasant stay for all guests.
