Great property! Perfect location, everything was easy to get to from here, Beautiful view and sitting area out front, and very quiet. The owners are right next door, and very nice folks. Wonderful stay here!

The kitchen in the cottage was wondrous! It had every appliance and cutlery that you could ever ask for. Plus a washer/dryer. The entire cottage was in great shape and it never felt too small, even after 4 weeks. If you're looking forward to eating some seafood while you're there, there are plenty of restaurants near-by. You would not go wrong to decide to use this cottage in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage for our anniversary trip. The cottage is small but feels very spacious and was perfect for the 2 of us. It’s very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and we loved how quiet the area is. Even with it being right next to the main house, it feels very private. The owners were even nice enough to leave us a gift certificate for the local ice cream shop. We can’t recommend this place enough!

We felt very comfortable in this cottage and especially enjoyed the recent construction, the spacious feeling, large windows, beautiful view, and wonderful location. This was our first visit to Stover’s Cove and Harpswell. We had stayed on Bailey Island a few years ago while visiting friends there. The even quieter atmosphere of Harpswell suited us perfectly, with its beauty, tranquility, history, and great food. Of course, Pammy’s Ice Cream was one of our favorite local treats!Everything guests might need was provided. It felt as though the owners had taken the time to "put themselves in their guests’ shoes."

Cozy Cottage = Wonderful Place to Stay!

We loved our time at the Cozy Cottage. They have the space well stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap, and even toiletries! All the communication was smooth and fast replies. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Harpswell!

Perfect for two people! Well equipped. Close to lots of hiking trails and beach. Management quickly responded to any need we had. We really enjoyed the Dolphin restaurant and Penny’s Ice Cream

wonderful stay in Harpswell

This property sets a high standard with many fine details & workmanship that enhanced our comfort during our stay. We took a couple of lovely walks from the property without having to get in the car. Would be nice suggestions: some basic kitchen condiments, hair dryer, screens, & a grab bar for the bathtub. We would definitely recommend & come back.

This Cottage was a perfect place for us to stay to meet up with relatives at Potts Point and to explore the area. Check it was easy, cottage is lovely and comfortable. Had everything we needed and some. Enjoyed sitting in chairs watching the birds in the cove. Highly recommend. Owners next door were very discreet.

I was immediately 'wowed' by the interior when I opened the door. The pictures don't do it justice. What otgers have said about how well equipped it was and all the comforts provided are exactly correct. Quite, beautiful view, safe, convenient location!!

Beautiful, Relaxing Get-Away

My aunt and I stayed for a week and we really enjoyed this beautiful venue! Very clean and well-appointed place ( expertly planned, cohesive decor). Lovely view of Stover’s Point Cove. Very friendly neighborhood that is close to so many attractions in the area. The hosts were VERY respectful of our privacy during our stay as well as available by phone to answer any questions. Loved it!

Beautiful Cottage on a Cove

We flew into Portland and rented a car. We drove about an hour to the cottage. It was a beautiful drive and the cottage was exactly as described. It was perfect for 2 adults. A real New England romantic getaway. The cottage itself was beautiful with all new amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottage was quiet, clean and cozy with an unbelievable view! The owners, Steve & Jan are so extremely friendly and welcoming. They live next door and had many recommendations and were a lot of fun to talk with! Super great couple and we would highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace and quiet but yet not too far from places to see during your visit. We have attached a few photos of the view at the cottage during the evening and another scene nearby that is within walking distance. We hope to go back!!

Nice stay

House was very nice. Has everything you basically need inside(except a hair dryer) Musty smell which made it a little difficult bc smells trigger my migraines. A few dead bugs and sand when we entered the house so we did vacuum right away. Would be nice if you could open the big windows because there is an amazing breeze some nights but there are no screens.

The host Sterling was immediately responsive and welcoming when I was checking in and for questions. It was so nice having all the modern conveniences in such a lovely setting. I walk with a cane so really appreciated it being on one level with parking right next to the cottage. Fyi, there are two small steps into the bathroom which I could easily negotiate and a tub with shower. I travel with a portable grab bar which made the tub accessible for me. It was a wonderful place,
