New 1BR/1BA Luxury Beachfront Vacation Rental! Sleeps 6! Near Pier Park!

This condo is well taken care of. It's my own property that I personally manage. No bulk rental company or long lines to wait in on check in or out! I will make sure all issues are addressed first hand.

*NOTICE*
Emerald Beach Resort is painting the building in the Winter of 2025 to 2026. This unit is scheduled to have crews painting balconies between Nov 22 and Dec 29 which will close the balcony periodically while crew workers paint during the day time, re-opening them after 5p. Schedule may change as crews complete work!

This is a no smoking property. Do not reserve this unit if you plan to bring or use tobacco or marijuana while on your trip. A $200 fine will be charged for smoking or pot smell left behind.

We're a mile from the popular and famous Pier Park. Located in a great location for family activities and fun. Walking distance to parks, zoos, racetracks, aquariums and restaurants. Next door to a beach front bar and grill that you'll actually enjoy going to! Great food and drink specials year round with beach front indoor and outdoor seating.

This on the beach property is comfortably furnished and was recently refreshed. No bulk hotel furniture here. The views from the balcony are spectacular, many times you can see dolphins swimming right from the living room. You’re literally on the beach. Stocked with what you need to feel like home, including:

Gourmet kitchen for all your cooking & entertainment needs
Free WIFI internet, 2 TV's, digital cable
Full washer & dryer
All interior towels and linens provided
Large king bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa and 2 Bunk Beds comfortably sleep 6 people:
Bunk Beds *with rails* in built in Enclave (kids love them)
1 very lumpy pullout queen sofa bed in the living room
1 full bathroom with fresh towels and appointments

I personally own and maintain a few condos here at Emerald because I love this location and the facilities are top notch. If this listing doesn't have availability for your dates, please checkout my other units!

This property has a 2 night minimum duration, however if you see an overnight available between reservations that you'd like to take please send me a note! The system may not take your reservation but I will modify the policy so you can book!

Please Note! I have a Video Doorbell Camera on the front door for property and guest protection, as well as convenience as you can't hear knocking from the living room inside the unit. This is the only camera on property, facing outside on the outside. If this is a problem for you, please consider this before booking.
