New added, hanging double bed on the sleeping porch with looks out onto the park, with privacy curtains.
Enjoy a perfect beach getaway in this wonderfully restored and renovated Janne Coslick Design cottage. Great location in the historical North end near the Lighthouse and next to million dollar houses on Officer's Row.

This is a duplex. Each side has private entrance and screen porch with privacy patio curtains. It is completely private from side A. Both sides great for larger groups or family.

You will be transported back in time to a carefree feeling with the vintage furnishings and happy colors. Everything is topicality and comfortably though out. The master bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the sleeping porch. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All rooms are cozy with large windows. There is full size bath with a claw foot tub and shower which opens out to the outdoor shower and there is a ½ bath off the main area. Outdoor shower is perfect for a shower anytime and wonderful to wash off the sand from a day at the beach.
Walk, run or bike around the paved path in the park right behind the cottage. The kids will love the playground at the far end.
2 Flat screen Smart TV's with cable and wifi connected for Netflix, Amazon, etc.
Washer and dryer are provided so you can pack light with no worries.

Spring Break 2024

This property was absolutely beautiful. Just a brief walk to the beach was a great experience through the small neighborhood. The swing on the porch was so comfortable me and grands slept there each night, the cool breeze was amazing. I will recommend and stay at this property again and again!!!

Instant de-stress

Property and all the furniture, linens and kitchen items were great. Beautiful and very in character for a cheery, vintage beach cottage. A full-sized coffee maker would have been ideal but we made 2 small pots in the morning which was fine. The refrigerator door was a little tricky - you need to make sure it’s completely closed and could probably stand to get a quick peek from the owner. Screened in porches are amazing and the location can’t be beat. The cottage and a quick walk to Sea Wolf made the trip perfect for us. Thank you!

Great location. Photos did not due justice to this property, much more spacious than the website photos. Couple of minor details which were handled quickly and with great concern by both the host and the caretaker. Very satisfied with this property and would stay again.

Exactly as promised, house is super clean, super cute, and an easy few minute walk to the beach. Had everything you might need for a pleasant vacation. Would love to stay again!

Cute cottage with great location on Tybee

My husband and I wanted something different for our first visit to Tybee Island and this cottage met all of our needs. The location was perfect for the walking and biking we did and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The cottage is very cute and comfortable with the added bonus of a nice porch for reading and relaxing. The cottage was a terrific stay to explore Tybee Island and also very convenient for trips into Savannah.

My daughter and her family live in Savannah and we vacationed on Tybee Island for several years. After staying in this location on the island, I knew this is where I wanted to invest. I am so glad to have found this historical building.

What makes this property unique

When I saw this cottage right on a park, I was smitten right then. I knew immediately without even going inside that this was the one for me. The location by the park and so close to the beach make this the perfect spot.
