Home is in a great location. Very modern. Comes with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. Also, the bikes were a big plus!

Perfect getaway!

Everything was perfect! Location was amazing! Bikes were a great addition. The condo had everything we needed and it was nicely updated. Would definitely stay here again!

HHI getaway

My husband and I had a great stay. John was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. The condo was very clean and exactly as described/pictured. The location was perfect for being able to walk to many places and very convenient to get to the beach. It was also easy to find a parking spot whenever we did leave. We would stay here again!

We have been coming to HHI for years. This was our first time staying colse to Coligny. This unit and community did not dissapoint! Everything we needed was there. My boys and I had a wonderful trip!

Beach Villa in Hilton Head

It could have been a little cleaner, the floors need a good cleaning before the next guest. Need a better cleaning person. Location is great, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Coligny Beach is a gem

So, I have lived in SC my entire life and vacationed at every spot in our state. There is plain and simply not anything better than Coligny Beach HHI. Park your car when you arrive and you only drive again if you really want to. Everything you possibly want is around 100 yards from this condo. I can’t wait to stay here again sooner than later!! Thanks to a great host as a cherry on top!

HHI Spring Break 2024

Not only was this property just as it stated it was BETTER!! So impressed with the property itself and the host. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Location was SPECTACULAR!!! You could tell a lot of time and thought went into the set up, planning and amenities they offered. They thought of everything. WONDERFUL experience. Thank you John!

Beautiful condo just as pictured. Very clean. Excellent location. John provided great communication for everything we needed for check in. Great amenities in the condo including 2 beach chairs with umbrella, 2 boogie boards, backpack cooler and bikes. Toiletries and dishwasher/laundry pods provided in cute decorative bags. Bed slept amazing and felt like it was brand new. Loved the idea of the Welcome book as this provided all the info you needed for your stay, including check out reminders. Had coffee on the balcony every morning as there was no morning sun. There is not an ocean view, however view is listed in the many pictures provided by the host. I felt like a lot of thought went into providing everything someone would need. Love the location of Breakers, as we could walk across the street for dinner, ice cream, coffee/pastries, shops, etc.

Property was very clean. Appreciated it having beach chairs, towels and toys. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials also. Property was as described although I will say it was very cozy for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would be more ideally for 2 younger kids but we made do. Property was centrally located to tons of shops and restaurants as well.
