This was the best place we stayed while on vacation in Italy! We stayed in 5 different places and this one was everyones favorite place. The location was great, the room sizes were fantastic (one room was smaller, off the kitchen), The bathrooms were perfect. The paintings on the ceilings were amazing, the sun coming in the windows in the morning was wonderful. The inner windows to the small courtyard were also fantastic. We would book this place again when we return to Firenze! Highly recommend this property. (They do charge a cleaning fee that you pay in person when checking in and all the other places we stayed did not have that added fee, so be aware of that.)
This is a charming and comfortable location. We traveled with three teenagers, a senior accompanied by a dog, and two adults. The property is within walking distance of various shops, and the church is nearby. It was very clean and well-organized. The host provided a helpful guide with useful information. While the setting is in a lively and bustling area, it offers excellent options for dining and shopping. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. A minor suggestion would be to include additional dish soap and laundry supplies. Also it is pet friendly!
Such a divine property!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! So beautifully refurbished and a great location to explore from!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The apartment itself was lovely, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. Unfortunately, the communication with the host was disappointing.Check-in was difficult because the person meeting us spoke no English, and we spent about 30 minutes trying to understand that a cash deposit was required. I acknowledge that I had overlooked this requirement in the contract, but clearer communication would have helped. On our first day, one toilet developed a very strong odor after flushing. We reported it immediately but didn’t receive a response until the following day. Since we had an eight-hour winery tour planned, we were concerned about whether the issue would be resolved or if we would need to find a hotel. Thankfully, Emma was very helpful and responsive, and a plumber eventually fixed the problem. We also had difficulty locating the trash bins, which Emma helped us with. They call them bins and they were located a block away. The apartment and location were excellent, and the plumbing issue was ultimately resolved. However, the host’s communication felt unnecessarily curt. Emma, on the other hand, was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We did appreciate the 200 compensation provided afterward after I had to ask for it.
The apartment is decorated tastefully with comfortable sofas and beds. The bathrooms were also updated.Toshio is a gracious host. She was very accommodating and explained the features of the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located to restaurants, groceries and attractions. We definitely recommend this location.
The apartment was brand new with touches of authentic Florence. It was in a really good location with easy routes to the Duomo, Piazza della Republica, Mercato San Ambrogio and Il Mercato Centale. It has an elevator and it is high on the third floor which helps to keep it quiet. There is a supermarket around the corner.Mrs. Yoshie greeted us with kindness and warmth. We stayed there for three weeks.
Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! All communication with Virginia and Yoshi (the most fabulous greeter) was fantastic. The apartment is in close proximity to all the sites. It was just the right place to introduce my mom, sister, niece/nephew to Florence. relax and enjoy The hospitality and communication with both Virginia and Yoshi (the most fabulous greeter) was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here for an amazing time in Florence.
Yoshie was a tremendous hostess. She gave us a detailed walk through and information about the apartment, appliances and amenities on the surrounding area. She helped us with transportation information. She was very professional yet very friendly. The apartment is gorgeous, very clean, and comfortable. The location is great, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Not mentioning that the Duomo is super close as well. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Yoshie went above and beyond as she accommodated our check out time to a different one due to the strike on the public transportation that forced us to change our travel plans. We were six people, all family. We highly recommend the apartment and we would stay there again if the opportunity arises.
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in terms of the comfort and amenities. Unfortunately, all but Sunday night, people outside on the street or in a nearby bar were so loud that we struggled to sleep. We also made the mistake of having a car and were unclear about driving restrictions. But the walks to everything you’d want to see in Florence were easy and short. Yoshi was a friendly greeter, and Virginia responded Rapidly to our questions. We loved the coffee and the wine. Thank you for hosting us. .

Dear Meg, we are happy you found the apartment comfortable and enjoyed the location. It was great to host you and your family.
We are very sorry you found it a bit noisy - it's the first time a guest raised this issue and it could also be related to the time of your stay since those were the days around New Years Eve which can be noisier than usual.
Anyhow, I hope we will see you soon again!
This was an amazing property. The location was absolutely amazing. Quick walks to all the sites. There were some amazing places to eat and drink close by. Communication was great with Emma and Francesco. We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful property. Extremely nice. Very comfortable. The only minor issue was there is a club across the street that closes at 4 AM. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night, which made sleeping somewhat difficult.
