Family stay

This house is so charming and cute. The decor is adorable and the location is amazing. Really close to the race track as well as downtown. The view and location on the lake are prime. Would stay here over and over again. It was very clean and comfortable.

Views are beautiful but check the sheets😡

This is a smartly decorated home with beautiful views of the river. However, it lacked greatly in cleanliness. The sheets on ALL 4 beds were stained and had body odor and were changed after contacting the host. There were used towels in the bathroom, water down soap containers. The bathroom downstairs conveniently had the back off the toilet so that you could flush the toilet with your hands by pulling up on the flapper and then pushing the flapper back down so the toilet would quit running after you flushed it. There is not an outlet in this bathroom for hairdryers or anything. The host list a washer and dryer as amenities however they are not in the unit. The floors of the home and the upper balcony all tilted severely downward. I almost wondered if the back of the house was falling off. The replaced towels and sheets looked more like work towels than towels you would leave out for your guest as they had permanent bleach stains and were faded. You could see light around the 3 sets of French doors overlooking the river, There were three window ac units that you could see light around. The dining room chairs were all stained. The utility room, kitchen pantry, master bedroom closet were disorganized and filled with junk. Don’t get me started on the nasty, filthy vents. The view was not worth the filth of this home and broken toilet that was easily fixable.
