We had a very relaxing stay here! The house had plenty of room for our 2 families traveling together and the kitchen is nicely stocked so you can easily prepare meals at the house. You cannot beat the view! It's lovely to sit on the deck and watch the ships and planes go by. We also really enjoyed all of the hikes you can do close to the house including an easy walk to the beach. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions or needs, we'll be happy to come back here again soon!
Property Manager made our stay very easy. It was a quick trip to Juneau, so we did not spend a great deal of time at the property, but absolutely all our needs were met.
Directions and expectations were clear and it made our stay really easy, which was MOST appreciated.
Thank you for being a great host!

Priceless View. Excellent Location.
I've encouraged host to make some modifications and improvements for future guests. Based on his responsiveness and service I imagine he will work to improve the property and experience.
The positives are the views, location, amount of space, host service, and comfy beds.
The drawbacks are that the property really needs to be updated, redecorated, refurnished and reorganized to be a successful ongoing VRBO, with lots of minor maintenance needs.
We would probably give this property another try on a future visit based on views, service and how well we slept.
