Welcome to Sea Salt Retreat-Guest Suite
RELAX and have fun in this luxury appointed 1-bedroom (2 Queen bed) condo located on the second floor of the River Creek II golf community in Sea Trail Resort. The condo is smoke-free with one bedroom and one full bath. The bedroom has 2-brand new queen mattresses, and new bedroom furniture included. This unit has just been completely remodeled with exceptional attention to detail, it will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests! The condo has 2 flat panel smart televisions for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, above cabinet microwave and sink. It is also equipped with Keurig coffee maker, plates, glassware, and utensils. The rear sitting room is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. This rear sitting area looks out over the 17th green of the Maples golf course. Watching the wildlife and golf action from this unit is just amazing. Maples is one of 3, 18-hole Championship courses in the Sea Trail Resort. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes (1.2m drive). We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its gorgeous walking trails, fishing docks and views of the water. You can also put in kayaks and paddle boards at the park. Just across from the park is the Sunset Beach boat launch and some great restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream. You’re only minutes away from multiple area golf courses and Calabash which has some of the best dining experiences in this coastal region. This condo literally offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Complimentary bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, utilities, condo parking and starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent) included with every rental.
Lastly, we are walking distance to one of two resort pools available for use during your stay. Please note pool rules must be followed or loss of use and fines will result. No Glass Allowed at Pools!
Sea Trail Development now has onsite restaurants 55Bistro/Sunset Slice and currently remodeling the Byrd and Jones Clubhouse, this gem has it all.

We are Roy and Amy Dixon, married for 30 years, and reside in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. We have always dreamed of owning a beach property. Recently we had the opportunity to purchase this home, and have put our best efforts into completely remodeling the space, paying close attention to every detail to provide the best experience for you and your family.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area for many reasons but mainly because of the great memories made here with family and friends over the years. The Sea Trail Resort Community was a stand out due to its close proximity to the beach, Sunset Park, the Sunset boat launch area, nearby shopping and restaurants. It's an exciting time at Sea Trail with plans moving forward renovating the convention center, the Byrd/Jones Clubhouse, adding multiple restaurants and redoing the 3 championship golf courses. These renovations have already begun promising unforgettable experiences for all members and guests in the community.
What makes this property unique
We were thrilled to be able to purchase a unit in the River Creek II Community within Sea Trail due to its close proximity to the South Gate and quick access to the beach. What makes our unit special is the fact that it is one of only three units in the entire River Creek II Community of 100+ units that have unobstructed panoramic lake views out of all the side windows of the main unit living areas. Additionally, we also have great views of the Maples golf course, specifically the 17th green and the 18th tee box all directly outside our windows. Lastly, you will not find a nicer unit in all of River Creek as we have just spent the past 4 months completely remodeling the entire space with the best of everything, from the furnishings, appliances, bath fixtures, TV's, lighting, paint, to kitchen pots, pans and plates, it’s all new and ready for you to enjoy!
