We stayed in this property for a visit to the area for the Cherry Festival. We did not realize the house is basically a duplex until really digging into the fine print. Our group (6 50-something ladies) almost cancelled. Victor, the owner assured us we would enjoy and we certainly did! The views are spectacular and the half of the home that we rented is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Great pillows. The home was lacking on bath towels. We were able to find all of the basics for meal prep but the knives are not cutting it! HaThe access to the lake is a breeze. It’s literally 10 steps! The steps are really overgrown and we noticed poison ivy growing within the walking path. Be aware. The owners mowed while we were visiting. We were happy to see that they were addressing the yard but wished they hadn’t mowed while we were enjoying the lake. (Saturday at noon)The home needs some slight updating but it’s a perfect location for enjoying the lake, wineries and such beautiful scenery!

Thank you for Your visit. I‘m glad You enjoyed the lake! I have cleared the poison ivy from the stairs. The lawn guys/gardener that services the property had cancelled which is why I had to mow. Typically this is done during the week. I tried to clarify the language in our posting. (This is a completly separate house attached to the main home. It has its own yard, porch and beach but shares a driveway.) Thank you again for coming and for the beautiful nature display on the table. So artistic!

Awsome view

Great stay anytime we contacted owner he responded quickly, beds comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay better was a beautiful sun rise but the didn't shine! No fault of the owner obviously

Great Location. Property needs work

Location right on the lake. Property looks like it could be nice one day, but needs work and updating. Dishwasher is broken Not the cleanest Kitchen supplies are lacking. The owner is super nice and accommodating. He brought us ice in the middle of the night from his house. I want to return when things are in order or it gets finished.

Great location, nice beach and view

The location and beachfront were very nice. The cleanliness of the house could have been better. For example, upon arrival the bathroom mirrors were dirty, wet clothes (towels and washcloths) were left wet in the washer - we had to dry them, the floors were dirty and the couch cushions were soiled. There were crumbs and debris under the cushions, and they smelled bad. We did not have a kitchen washcloth nor bleach for laundry or bleach-based cleaning solutions.Several of the dishes in the cupboards had dried food on them and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the lower cleaning element was broken. The MBR toilet did not flush well without holding the handle down and the sink did not drain without propping it open. The lighting in the 2nd bathroom was very dim. One of the dining room chairs completely broke and collapsed from underneath someone sitting on it. This could be a great place to stay if some of those items would be provided. The owners were away for the weekend, so it is possible that some of these issues would have been addressed and missing items would have been provided if they were home to assist.
