Andrew is a great host. Very attentive, gave good recommendations for hikes, eating… Nice little cabin perfect for 2 people. EXCELLENT location, close to lots of stuff!
The place was cute and cozy. Perfect for a two person stay. Had everything we needed. Fire pit outside to sit and relax. Place was clean. We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary and would definitely go back. Plenty of things to see and do around the area as well.
Best stay ever! Anthony set us uo for sucess with excellent communication. Entry was a keypad so no clunky key exchange needed/ Property was right in quechee town, quick ( 1 mile) to Simon Pearce gallery restaurant/ dam. Lots of parks to explore - Quechee gorge right there too. Home was lovely- so well designed and appointed. Lots of thoughtful touhes- a bench for luggage to lie on, bedside tables with individual light switches so hubby could read while I slept. Super nice! Highly recommend !
My partner and I had an excellent stay; Anthony was accommodating and professional in his communication, and the spot was tidy and so cozy. Would recommend to any couple!
We loved our stay at the maple moose. The home was well equipped, clean, and nearby so many of the great local spots in Quechee and a short drive into Woodstock.
We loved our stay at the Maple Moose! The Maple Moose is perfect! It has everything you need and is very clean. Great communication and the host couldn’t be nicer. He’s thought of everything. There is so much to do in the area or you can hang out on the deck or in the yard, We saw a hummingbird and a deer while sitting outside in the evening. We look forward to booking another stay at the Maple Moose!
This was our second visit to The Maple Moose and just like our first visit, it was pure perfection. It is clean, comfortable and well designed and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. We will be back!
This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at the Maple Moose. Anthony is great with communication and very friendly. The cabin is clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again!
The perfect place to stay in the heart of Quechee. Cozy, quaint, and well equipped. The owners thought of everything you could need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend this property to rent.
The Maple Moose was a perfect spot for a weekend away in Vermont! The house is welcoming, charming but modern, clean and thoughtfully designed - we appreciated the personalized touches as well, from the list of local recommendations to the bonus Nespresso pods in the morning. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back!
We enjoyed our four-night stay at the Maple Moose. The location is convenient to all that Quechee has to offer. The cottage has both a modern kitchen and bath. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to spend the week!
My husband and I stayed two nights to celebrate his birthday. The cabin was cozy and clean. All appliances worked perfectly and the fireplace was a nice touch. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next stay!
Location. Location. Location! All the benefits of the greater Woodstock area without the hustle and bustle of Woodstock itself. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities while enjoying the quiet of Quechee. The Maple Moose was ideal for a quiet getaway. All the necessary amenities in a cozy and comfortable space
Super cozy! Close to the cute little shops that kept us busy for a bit. The fireplace kept it nice and warm. The only critique I would have would be that if the outdoor area was shoveled a bit so we could enjoy it with the snow, I brought s’mores stuff but we weren’t able to sit outside. I did end up shoveling it myself up to the little shed on the hill because we were so curious about it. Overall lovely place and would totally stay again.
This “tiny house” was so much fun. Very clean and easily assessable to the local area and 89/91. The host response is excellent. I would love to come back when it is warmer to check out the new spot for drinks.
We loved staying here for three nights -- just the two of us and our scruffy little 13 year old Westie. We were here for three nights, while I took a course nearby at King Arthur Flour. This surpassed all of my expectations - the kitchen was stocked with new cooking equipment and was very clean -- actually the entire cabin was super clean. Also, it was very comfortable for two people to spread out and work or read. Although the cabin is conveniently close to a road, we didn't experience any busy road noise. We found it to be conveniently located to a nice market and several good restaurants and small towns, as well as about a twenty minute drive to my class at King Arthur.
