Our beautiful, newly renovated lake front home on Lake Hartwell offers a private dock on big water, lake views, and a short walk to the private dock. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. We are located adjacent to the old Island Point picnic area owned by the Corp of Engineers. Although it's closed and no longer maintained, there are paved walking trails for your enjoyment! 30 min to Clemson!

Wonderful lakefront rental on Lake Hartwell. Renovated ranch style home with plenty of space for our 2 families. Owner was great with communication. Home was clean, well-stocked, and just as described in the listing. The property had a great outdoor space, and the dock was on a quiet cove perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. We also rented the owner’s boat during our stay. This was so convenient and the property managers met at our convenience to talk through all of the logistics of that rental. Overall 10/10 stay. We would love to stay in this home again!

Great Lake Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake Hartwell property! Our group included 5 adults and 8 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone—especially with the help of a few air mattresses. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for a larger group.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals, which made things super convenient. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful, and we loved the walking path down to the dock. Renting the boat was a great bonus, and swimming off the dock ended up being one of our favorite activities of the trip.The host was incredibly responsive and available for any questions, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this property for its location, comfort, and excellent communication from the host.

Beautiful Lake Home with Every Detail Considered

We rented this home for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Anderson (less than 30 minutes away). It was a perfect backdrop for siblings, Grandparents and friends!!!! The home has been thoughtfully tailored to a vacationers needs … plugs in the full size bunks to charge electronic devices, plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space available for your items, little extras like darts, kayaks and even lifejackets available for use. The decor inside is stunning and the beds and couches comfortable. The huge outside porch outside with views of the lake is beautiful … even a surprisingly cold and rainy weekend in May was thoroughly enjoyed on the covered porch with provided blankets in every bedroom! Look no further, this is the perfect retreat for large families or friend groups. We hope to come back!
