You are renting both the upstairs AND downstairs units, so 3 bedrooms (2 Kings), 2 bathrooms, one jetted tub, 2 HOT TUBS, Fire Pit. WiFi, Sat TV, Decks, grill, two kitchens.

Pets Require Pre-Approval: Typically 50 pound max, one dog approved.

You will have everything you need during your stay and plenty of space to explore.
You have access to all 15+ acres of land, including the land the little red cabin sits on, land you will fall in love with and hopefully return to every year. Explore, have fun - it is all yours to enjoy and make those mountain memories!
I love to say hi, but guests also want their privacy to enjoy the property. Having been a super host for years, I think we have your experience down to a science, which is why so many guests return :)
The Bethel community is an old school farming community with beautiful neighbors, state-maintained roads. It reminds guests a lot of Valle Crucis but even more laid back. It is where you will come to unplug and unwind (though we have wifi)
