3 Bedroom Villa w/ private pool & Hot tub near Disney & Universal

We are offering to you a gorgeous single story three bedroom fully air conditioned villa with a private pool & spa located on the Highlands Reserve Golf community.

Our villa has three comfortable bedrooms . NEW, you'll love the new Master bedroom, we've just redecorated it and upgraded all furniture in it, it looks great! We have two full bathrooms, two lounges/sitting rooms, a NEW gaming room with a a air hockey table, fooseball, and a Nintendo Wii connected to a HD TV. We offer a fully-fitted modern kitchen, breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. Our villa also has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use.

The master bedroom has a heavenly king-size bed. There is a sliding glass door leading from the master bedroom to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both his-and-hers sinks, large shower separate from the bath, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a double size bed and the third bedroom has two single twin beds. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom. The villa will sleep six to ten comfortably. There is a comfortable queen sofa bed in one of the lounges/sitting rooms and another queen sofa bed in the new gaming room.

We have a private 30 foot screened swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Both can be heated for an extra fee. The pool area includes a full width child security fence. There is ample, comfortable pool furniture for the sunbathers. There is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade.

The pool Heater is optional at 25$US/day and we only offer the option for the duration of your stay and it cannot be separated just for the pool or just for the Jacuzzi. . The pool heater is set to 87F for the pool and 102F for the Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) . The Jacuzzi is started with a timer and will shut itself after an hour, but you can extend the timer for as many time as you wish. Once started, give the Jacuzzi about 45 min. to reach its temperature. Please note, the performance of the pool heater may be impacted by exceptional cold weather, like outside temperature below 60F. We start the pool heater the day before your arrival , and depending on exterior temperature, it may take a few days to reach the set temperature. If you want to have the option added to your reservation, it needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

A BBQ can be added to your reservation for an optional fee of 100$ per week. We work wit a local BBQ rental company near our villa. If you want to have a BBQ during your stay, we need to know and have it paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival so we can reserve it ahead of your arrival. The rate is 100$/week for a minimum of one week, and it comes with one bottle of propane.
