Prime location in Falmouth Heights! Steps from beloved Falmouth Heights beach, the Black Dog Café, Shipwrecked, and the finish line to the Falmouth Road Race! We are also a short walk to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, the Falmouth Yacht Club, and much more!
Our home offers an upgraded kitchen with island opening up to living area. 2 bedrooms and full, newly upgraded bathroom. Washer/Dryer. With lovely water views, you can watch the ferries and boats pass in the Sound and overlook the park directly across the street.
Our beautiful home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 very comfortably, and up to 6 with living room Queen sleeper. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has twin bunk beds. We also have a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Please note, This is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. While the above unit may be occupied, this unit has it's own private entryway, patio, driveway, and outdoor space.
Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
