This was a fantastic getaway. Absolutely loved the beachside views and the sound of the waves crashing. Host was great and super responsive to any questions or needs we had. Will stay here again!

Beautiful location, surfing out the back door, easy access from 101, perfectly stocked home with all the necessary amenities. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much!

This house is exceptional! It is perfectly located right on the beach and so thoughtfully designed and outfitted for a blissful vacation. Jennifer is an incredible host and her caretaker Vic greeted us on arrival. The home was absolutely spotless - including every window! The kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed to make wonderful meals together. This house was perfect for our family vacation!

This property is perfect in every way. Location right on the beach with waves splashing on deck. The house was recently remodelled and in very good taste. It is a small place but everything is top notch especially the kitchen. I hope to go again!

Wonderful Restorative Seaside Stay

We can't say enough about this perfect beachside cottage. We loved all the attention to detail; an incredibly well stocked kitchen, which made cooking a delight. The comfortable bedrooms, the living room overlooking the ocean and the deck for reading and snoozing. Our five days there were a joy and when we needed to contact the property manager about a minor matter, she was immediately responsive. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway in Beautiful Ventura

This may have been the best stocked kitchen we've stayed at with quality pots and pans, which is important to us because we love cooking instead of going out. The weather was perfect and our space was so clean and private. The view was a glimpse of heaven and we even had a couple of decent swells to surf right out front. This stretch of coast is very special to me and to share it with my wife for a week in such an organized, clean, well stocked home made for one of our best trips ever.

Un Momento

I still can’t believe how fortunate we were to find -and stay for over a week- at this beautiful, tranquil home. It was so easy to live and cook, read and relax in this comfortable space. Just the ocean in front of you and the beach at low tide. The cove and community feels private but friendly. It’s so close to both Ventura and Santa Barbara-so exploring is easy. We loved every day and Jennifer the host was the best.

Perfect House in a Perfect Location!

My husband‘s family has been coming to Faria beach for generations to celebrate Thanksgiving. This year, we decided to stay at a new property - and we are so glad we did! Jennifer and her property manager were incredible throughout the entire process. The house was pristine and recently renovated while still retaining the beautiful charm of the original house. It’s clear this house is very well-loved! Everything was seamless and when we did have questions, Jennifer was very communicative and helpful. She is extremely detail oriented, has thought through everything, and will make you feel extremely glad to have booked this rental house. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Exceptional property. The location right on the water can not be beat. The house was very clean and communication with the Host was great. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. Our family loved listening to the waves and walking and playing on the beach at low tide. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay. It would be nice to return again sometime. We would highly recommend.
