Casa Mezquite A - Walk to the Beach - WiFi

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. The home has a large flat LED screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two queen size beds in Bedroom #2. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen LED TVs and ceiling fans and there is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer conveniently located in the home. A French style door connects you with the wonderful and tropical patio, featuring a huge swimming pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property and free parking for up to two vehicles. The property is pet friendly for house trained pets (pet fee/per pet required - 2 pets max)

The wonderful South Padre Island beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked.

This property is registered and holds an Occupancy Permit from the city of South Padre Island

Treasures of the Gulf Museum and Port Isabel Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Whaling Wall and Jesus Christ of the Fisherman Statue. We had a great time, perfect location, the condo with all the amenities, just a few steps from de beach, verry spacious for two families (8 peolpe) The only complain is the clean service but definitely we will stay here again soon.

I am glad you enjoyed SPI and my property and I appreciate the feedback, although I am puzzled about the comment about cleanliness, since I never received a phone call or text mentioning there was an issue. Anyway, I have taken the comment very seriously and have brought it up to the cleaning service! I am always available on my phone or through text! It is interesting and important to mention that maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests including adults and children of any age. And, I look forward to seeing you guys back next year!

Minimal but all you need!

I appreciated each bedroom had its own bath room, so awesome. The kitchen is pretty minimalistic so if you’re cooking, you may want to bring a couple of your own ingredients or utensils/ tools. The pool was cleaned the very next morning we were there so that was nice. The barbecue pit was ready to be used and two were available . We had upstairs neighbors so the pool time was a little divided ( but you already know you’re sharing with one other unit anyway) but pool was a nice size however note that no pool toys are made available from the property so bring your own( especially with kids ). There was adequate seating available outside as well. The property offered a wagon , nice touch to take things to and from the beach. Property is just as posted. The room with the two queens are a little hard, pillows flattened but the master bedroom bed OMG was like sleeping on clouds in heaven. Nice location to walk to the beach and onto the strip. No big complaints ,the couches are not super comfortable but they do the job plus you’re out at the beach all day! I loved that we were able to take our furbabies. Excellent accommodation . Thank you !

Great location, short walk to the beach. Very nice pool and spa. Neither are heated, but didn’t need to be- the Sun heat was Plenty! Full size washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen space. Great area outside to relax by the pool. The upper deck kept that area shaded which was nice.

The place was accessible, clean and very well equipped with all the kitchen essentials. Centered on the island most restaurants and stores were near by. Since the condo is in the 1st floor you expect to hear loud foot steps up stairs, not intentionally but loud non the less. Other then this, the place was great! Would re-rent this place 💓

The condo was excellent! Centrally located on the island for easy access to everything. It was well stocked, extremely clean, and a breeze to access. The bed was comfy enough. The only thing, there is a unit upstairs and you can hear the tenants walking around constantly. The pool and spa were clean and very beautiful. Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the potential of the property the first time I saw it. It became an immediate project to bring it to the standard of all of our beach condos. The patio, swimming pool area and the beauty of the palm trees in it is something that really caught my attention.

This property has become my favorite for several reasons besides the swimming pool. To mention just a couple, it is a short walk away from the beach and it is centrally located and close to everything. We love coming to SPI to enjoy the weather and the beach!
