Just a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, our 3BR/2BA newer construction home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Bring the kids and dog to relax in the family friendly backyard with a hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor games, and screened porch with doggy door.

*3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full over full bunk bed)

*One-level home; no stairs

*Private fenced backyard

*Quiet street with easy access to the beach (1.5 mile) and ICW fishing dock (.8 mile)

*Kid friendly–includes pack n play, high chair, games, sound machine, nightlights, kid dishes and cups

*Dog friendly with paid deposit–includes medium crate, food/water bowls, and dog waste disposal station

*6 seater street legal golf cart on site. Valid driver's license, insurance, and signed waiver required for rental. Must be over 21 to operate the golf cart.

*Large 6 person hot tub

*Fire pit with chairs

*Large, open, fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8

*Washer/dryer

*Covered front porch and screened back porch with a ceiling fan

*Charcoal grill

*Outside shower with hot/cold water

*Beach items provided–chairs, boogie boards, games, beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach towels

HOUSE RULES:
*Home is smoke-free. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited on the property

*Must be 25 or older to rent this property

*Dog friendly, with pet fee, no other pets allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Please crate dog if left home unattended.

*No parties or events, no exceptions. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.

*Quiet hours 10pm-7am

Pet Friendly: $100 Non-refundable pet fee is required. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
