Owner has installed new flooring, New Living room and Bedroom furniture, New Kitchen and upgrades in bathrooms. All bedding is brand new. This is a very comfortable home Only 1 ½ -2 blocks to beach and 3 blocks to 37th Street Public fishing and crabbing dock.
The 1st level incudes the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer located i the hallway. 3 Bedrooms: 1st North side Bedroom offers a queen bed, a pyramid bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on top. 2nd Bedroom, with windows facing East has a queen bed. 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill full bathroom.
The 2nd Level boasts a beautiful fully stocked kitchen with an oversized center island and enough chairs to fit 8 people.
Living Room hosts a New LoveSac sofa, LoveSac chair along and a new 85" TV that provides you with Cable. All other tv's in home are for streaming only, they do not have cable connections. Owner will consider pets.
