GUEST ACCESS

The entire house and backyard are available for your use, but please do not park in the garage or on the lawn.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>> The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday and Friday afternoon, with exception to inclement weather. In case there are leaves in the pool between these days, a pool skimmer is provided for your use.

>> The pool is seasonally heated between October 1st - May 1st.

>> The house is professionally cleaned before each booking. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, guest authorizes owner to bill them for additional fees.

> The back and front yards are professionally landscaped every other Tuesday morning.

>> Guests must verify identity prior to booking.

>> The Smart TVs give access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. While there is no cable, many live TV channels have apps that you may download and use if you log in with your cable credentials.

>> Pet fee is $150. No cats permitted due to allergies.

>> While the backyard is fully fenced, take a look around the perimeter before letting your pets out to make sure they don't find a gap to crawl under. Similarly, make sure the backyard is empty of landscapers and pool cleaners before letting your pets out in case they leave the gates open.

>> Please reduce noise after 10 PM.
