The FIRST unit is on the GROUND level and is a cozy hotel-like room with a kitchenette & ensuite bathroom. Once past the patio and up the stairs, on the SECOND level, the SECOND unit is a studio with an ensuite bathroom and a full kitchen. Our property is equipped with a GENERATOR to address power outages and emergencies related to the island's sole electric network. Walk to the famous PLACITA DE SANTURCE or unwind at the beach, just a quick ride away. Your tropical adventure awaits!

This unique distribution of the two units is perfect for connecting while still maintaining privacy. The FIRST unit - LAUREL - is on the ground level and is a cozy hotel-like room with a kitchenette area, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom.

Once guests walk PAST the shared patio and up the stairs, on the second level, they will find the second unit, - CANELA - a studio with an ensuite bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. Kindly note that going up stairs is required in order to get to the second unit.

Santurce is a lively, artistic area that displays rich culture and offers unforgettable experiences. Santurce is centrally located in the Metropolitan area of the island. Our property is located just a short 10-minute ride from both the Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and from Old San Juan, home to the San Juan National Historic Site, with buildings dating from the 16th century. Our property is an even shorter 5-minute ride from the famous Condado Beach, where sun and fun await! Santurce home to the Puerto Rico Museum of Art, the Contemporary Art Museum, and the Centro de Bellas Artes. It is also where the famous PLACITA DE SANTURCE is found, an area full of restaurants, shops, and bars that sell food during the daytime and come alive at night.

Getting Around

The property is within waking distance of the famous LA PLACITA DE SANTURCE, as well as restaurants, bars, and stores, and even has a WALGREENS and a WALMART SUPER CENTER just a few blocks away!

We highly recommend the use of Uber or a rental car during your stay in Puerto Rico. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and attractions around the area and a couple of blocks away from the property.

Kindly note that public street parking around the property is commonly available but is in no way guaranteed. Parking on yellow lines will likely result in a fine, so please make sure to park in areas where there are no yellow lines. A private payed parking lot is available about a block away for a reasonable nightly fee (4-minute walk).
