Great experience staying in KCB! The house is great, clean and well cared for, and had all you will need, and the dock is amazing!! Great location and easy access to ocean and gulf. Hosts are 10/10 too! Hope we get to spend more time here again!!

The accommodation was great, it had everything we needed for a family of four. . The location is perfect for exploring the keys with access to Cabana beach club for using the pool/ access to beach. It’s also in walking distance to restaurants.We definitely recommend.

This is a great property to stay at if you have a boat and don’t mind interacting with your neighbors. Everything was very clean and well kept. We were able to fish with LFISH charters and were very successful so we ate our fresh fish nightly. The Cabana Club is a total bonus and just fun! The drinks are cheap and strong!!! After getting off the ocean we would go and hang out there and the people were lovely. The property was very well kept and the king bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer or a total bonus as was the freezer out on the deck to keep our fish frozen. There are some fishing poles there and bring some lures because we saw a lot of tarpon and mangrove snapper which are just fun to catch and release. The TVs were great. I was able to sign in with my accounts and the Wi-Fi worked wonderfully plus they had twice a week garbage service, which is great. Key colony is a real gem. There’s lots of biking trails and a par. Three golf course. Everyone there were wonderful.

We had a wonderful vacation. Our host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The home is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. It’s in the middle of the keys so perfect for visiting Key West or Key Largo. We stayed a couple weeks and will book again for a longer time. It was nice having the Cabana Club around the corner.

The condo was very comfortable. Everything about the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms was well-kept. The living room has a great TV. Our favorite spot was the porch. It overlooks the water and is surrounded by palm trees. We sat outside and watched pelicans and seagulls. It was very relaxing. And Key Colony Beach is an exceptional neighborhood. We will definitely stay in this condo again in the future.

Very Nice Property, Great Value and a Perfect place to stay in the Keys!

The property was perfect for a relaxing week in the Florida Keys. The property inside and out was spotless, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and all furnishings are in perfect condition. I highly recommend the host and property for a comfortable stay at Key Colony Beach!

This location is perfect for a quiet getaway with friends & family. There is a private beach and pool less than a mile away which is included when you stay at this home. We brought our boat as well and loved the convenience of having it docked where we could see it when not in use. Our daughter came with us and it was nice having a park on the same street for her to play at. Very nice host! Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant accomodation, exactly like the pictures. Great space for our family of 4.We hired a boat which was easy to dock at the home.Communication was great prior to and during the stay.Location is perfect for marathon and the beach club is a great extra after a days fishing to go and cool off.We loved our stay and I’m sure we’ll be back for our next trip to the keys in a few years.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The kitchen had every herb anyone could ask for! The place is super clean and exactly as displayed online- ideal for our family of 4. The boats dock offers great fishing- our son caught his first (of many) fishes within 5 minutes of arrival! The cabana club is walkable and super convenient- great beach and affordable food.The neighboring units have the nicest guests and we made new friends as well. We hope to come back. We loved every minute of our stay.

Loved the location in KCB! Clean and updated house. The owner replied quickly to all our needs. Quiet neighbors on both sides. Dock was perfect for our 34 foot boat.
